Horrible, the heat is so bad u have to wait a long time for it to heat up and u have to take the smallest sections for ur hair to look good and it never lasts even if used properly and with hair spray ans it makes my hair smell horrible and more damaging than anything

This has been a really great styling tool. It heats up quickly and does a good job holding curls, even on hair that doesn’t usually hold a style well. I use different attachments depending on the look I’m going for. Some get more use than others, but overall it’s nice having the flexibility. Switching between them is quick and easy. My hair tends to resist curls, and this gives noticeably better results than other tools I’ve tried. The curls last longer and hold their shape better. It does get very hot—even on lower settings—so it’s something to be mindful of. The higher heat is also what makes it effective, especially if you’re trying to get longer-lasting results. Because of that, I don’t use it every day. I tend to reach for it more for travel, special occasions, or when I want a stronger hold. I actually liked one of the attachments so much that I purchased the standalone thermal brush from the same brand for everyday use. Between myself and my daughter, we’ve ended up using all of the attachments depending on what we need, which has made it a really useful tool overall. I was looking for a retractable curling iron and this doesn’t retract, but I’m not mad about it. I’m happy with the results. We moved into our new home and my $60 curling iron got misplaced and we haven’t been able to find it and so I figured I would get this and use the other as a backup and I love all the different attachments. It doesn’t take long to heat up and it gets it done quickly. I do reasonable size pieces and it curls my hair exactly the way I like. I have pretty thick hair and I got this done faster than I did with my retractable so I’m very happy with the results. My hair is colored, and there was no damage that I could see but we also have to remember he does cause damage. We just have to be mindful and take care of our hair.

UPDATE: Wavytalk customer service is TOP TIER and they get all the stars. When they learned of my issue they reached out to me. There item has a 1 year warranty and they stood behind it even when I was unaware there was even one. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly the irons heated and functioned. It's a beautiful piece of hair equipment but the brush attachment, my most used piece, stopped heating after 4 months. All of the other wands were functioning which was surprising so I'm glad I had the forethought to try them before trashing the entire thing. It was still worth the money. But Wavytalk stepped in and sent a new brush attachment and I'm very very please not only with my purchase but with Wavytalk's commitment to excellence. I would recommend and buy from them again.
