It's the exactly the same as my old one which I thought I had lost. Except this one has a techrise label on it. If it's anything like my old one then it's a really good umbrella, endures strong winds and rain really well (hence why I bought another one exactly the same). Yes it's a little bit weighty than standard umbrellas, but I've come to associate that with durability. Closing the umbrella is a little difficult, it's not advised but I usually press it against the ground.

I am rating this umbrella 4 stars only because I thought it would be a little more compact for me to put in handbags or carry around easily, but it is a little larger and heavier than I thought. Other than that, this is a fantastic purchase. I have had many small umbrellas that have been destroyed in the wind and rain, but this one is very sturdy. I went out with it on a windy day, and it didn't budge! The button pops the umbrella open, which is handy, although it is a little slow. I find putting the umbrella down requires a bit of effort; it doesn't slide closed effortlessly, but definitely worth it for the price. I have the green umbrella, and it is a lovely, luxurious colour.

Was great but it broke returned for a refund So after sending this umbrella back the company contacted me, a replacement umbrella was sent out the customer service was incredible very customer focused. I will update a review after a few more uses of the umbrella. UPDATED REVIEW: The customer service from this company has been incredible nothing and I mean nothing is too much trouble they actually value their customers so that alone gives me confidence to shop with them time and time again!! The replacement umbrella works well, its compact, has been used numerous times now and we have had no issues would recommend to friends and family.

Have had this umbrella for a while now and it’s really held up, even in very windy weather. It’s served me well and feels super sturdy. My only notes are that it’s a bit heavy to carry around and it can be a little hard to close, which I guess is the trade off for how durable it is. Overall it’s been great for me and I’d definitely recommend it.

Seemed sturdy and well made initially, but broke mechanism broke on 3rd use

Me and my partner have bought 4 of these now because we keep leaving them behind but we keep going back to them because they're so good. It's a sturdy design that is reassuringly weighty but still quite light. It opens very easily using the button and the design means it's very windy resistant.

Easy to open, quite easy to close (a bit stiff maybe). Nice and sturdy. Good size. Quite heavy though. I wouldn't want to carry it for long periods and it weighs down my work bag. Not that compact either, quite chunky.

Quick delivery, fair price and very well made. Have not used in heavier wind yet but so far all good.
