This tone generator and probe kit works great! It’s very accurate when tracing electrical wires and network cables, even through walls. The build quality feels solid, and the tone is clear and easy to hear. I used it several times for troubleshooting, and it saved me a lot of time. Definitely a must-have tool for electricians or anyone working with wiring systems.

This is a fluke knockoff, but works fantastic for a fraction of the price. I would recommend this product

I needed to trace and find the end of a bilge pump wire in my boat recently. After hours of fumbling around I bought this Prob. I found the loose burned off wire in less than 2 minutes. Saved me at least a $185.00 min. one hr. service charge from my marine mechanic.

This transmitter and detector did an excellent job of helping me find wires hidden behind sheetrock walls where electrical boxes were missed during construction. It saved hours of work. The unit seemed well constructed.

Tried multiple different batteries but tone probe won’t stay on long enough to find tone Had this problem when k was a telephone repairman and the probe was always junk when it acted like this 😡😡
