I have become a strong believer in supplementing magnesium glycinate into my diet to aid with sleep, or more accurately, my lack thereof. This is another magnesium glycinate supplement coming in at a respectable 350mg. While the labeling is unassuming, it does however, supply more than most two capsule magnesium supplements, and seems to do it just as well without any noticeable side effects or gastrointestinal distress.Sure, the packaging is relatively plain, the brand relatively unknown, but the label states that it has been manufactured in the US, which is always a plus as far as I am concerned and gives me a little more peace of mind. With all that said, I find this a reasonable amount of magnesium glycinate at a reasonable price.

I have been taking magnesium glycinate for awhile now. These pills are odorless, easy to swallow, no taste, no after-taste and seem to work as well as the other brands I have tried. I used to wake up mulitple times during the night and have difficulty going back to sleep. Since taking magnesium glycinate, I rarely wake up during the night and if I do, I am able to fall back to sleep quickly. These really work for that aspect for me. I have not noticed any difference since taking these compared to my other brand.

Magnesium glycinate is one of my top picks for magnesium supplementation, in terms of a good nights' sleep. I'm finding it difficult to locate a product that has an amount of magnesium glycinate that comes close to the US RDA and doesn't have a lot of other, unnecessary (to me) supplements added to the capsules. No problem with taking the capsules.This company, Utmost Nutrients, offers a straightforward manner for me to obtain magnesium glycinate at a reasonable cost, and with the quality assurance that it is from a US company that has US labs, US manufacture, and has GMP practices.I would order this same product agai.

The magnesium supplement comes in a safety sealed screw top plastic bottle with an expiration date over 2 years away. The bottle is a 30 day supply with the suggested serving of 2 capsules for 350 mg of magnesium glycinate. I'm happy with a 350mg dose, but I wish the dose was in 1 capsule. I appreciate that they are made in an FDA registered facility and 3rd party tested.
