ABOUT GREEN TEA - Green tea is considered to be the healthiest beverage known on planet if I may say so. High on anti-oxidants. Reduces fats in the body, known to reduce heart diseases, cholestrol levels, diabetes and many more advantages. TETLEY GREEN TEA - It truly lives by its tagline - "ANDAR KA SNAAN". This brand and Flavour (Ginger, mint, lemon) is by far the best available in the market by Tetley. When consuming for the first time one will experience bursts of flavours in mouth - ginger and mint in particular but later your tastebuds will get used to to the flavour. They are available in form of INDIVIDUAL TEA BAGS SACHETS which consists of crushed green tea leaves. **For starters, one may find transition from masala chai or cutting chai to green tea difficult but trust me it's good for health if consumed regularly with just piping hot water and tea bag immersed for sometime with absolute no additional flavours or added sugar,honey,jaggery (for sweetness). One must ensure they do not keep tea bag immersed for long else it turns bitter in taste. Best tasted and enjoyed when had with healthy snacks (not fried) Upon consumption you will definately feel fresh, energetic and can kick start your day. There is no particular time in day to have green tea (you can have in between meals, in evening, early morning) and please do not over drink in a day as well. ** Green tea contains caffenine but is limited so even pregnant woman can have green tea but "keeping in mind to consume LESS THAN 200MG of caffenine per day" (I was allowed by my doctor to consume - still better to check with your respective doctor for the same) PACKAGING - I ordered box of 100. So within the outer box you have 100 individual tea bags sachets which are sealed for its freshness. The strings of Tea bags were initially stapled but these days you do not find staplers which is a huge relief as this was the biggest drawback they had. Now they stick the string to the tea bag with a glue I guess. Because they are individual tea bags sachets and not loose leaves it's TRAVEL FRIENDLY as well. You can carry some or have it on the go as well. SELLER - Sold by "AMAZON RETAIL PVT LTD" - Most trusted Seller of the lot available. PRODUCT AVAILABILITLY - They get sold very quick especially box of 100. I do have to keep checking at regular intervals for re-stocks. So after 3-4 attempts I finally saw online and ordered 2 boxes as they have longer expiry dates. Luckily Amazon has not put "per order - 1 pack only" policy as everyone in the house consumes green tea and gets over pretty quick. DELIVERY - Was delivered quick and dispatched soon upon ordering. **Hugely recommend and wish people switch to green tea for better health, immunity and healthier lifestyle !!! Happy Sipping !!!
