I keep these stocked at my wellness clinic for my clients because I believe in them that much. I love this thing, I also wanted to get the other version with the nodes, but it sold out. This thing targets the connective tissue on the bottom of your foot continuously, the way a massage therapist would glide their thumb the full length of your foot. It is a very good firmness but still has some rubbery give to prevent pain or injury. I have one other foot roller with little nubs which is a lot harder to control because it is not rubberized, so this Chirp version is my go-to now because it is so much easier to use on any surface, and it provides considerably more relief. Highly recommend.

I purchased the 2" deep tissue roller as a stocking stuffer for my brother. I couldn't resist trying it out myself before gifting it. I work 40+ hours a week in dress shoes, and frequently experience foot pain and tightness with plantar fasciitis. This little roller is invaluable for easing some of this pain, and I'm in the process of buying another for myself. The roller itself is very firm, but with it's rubberized coating, is much more comfortable than some trigger-point balls that I've used in the past. Due to it's size & shape, it's perfect for rolling your foot on. It doesn't slip out or move side-to-side with it's raised edges. This will be a mainstay under my desk at home, it's very easy to roll your foot on while you complete other tasks. The finish of the item is also very high, there were no rough edges or raised seams on the roller. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Chirp Wheel to anybody who is experiencing foot discomfort.

For something that isn’t powered, this thing can definitely do the job. Can use it anywhere really but consider this more if you sit a desk for work or something.
