awesome product in all boost up you result in one week after taking in a proper way with 250 ml of water and note it down one thing that you have to maintenance proper water level in your body to make it digest i will rate it 10/10 ...... MUTANT is the best gainer ..... increase muscle size faster then other gainer and mainly you see that u take the other gainers and get result but not remains in your body for long time.... but in case of mutant i will stay remain. dont think twice before purchase JUST GO FOR IT ;) and see the beast in you ;)

Horrible product,I lost whatever I gained previously after taking this product..Loose motion & bloating every time consume this.I will never go for it again.Very dissatisfied.

It is requested to all please give the right review as well as complete review instead of short review. this product is not for Indians according to eating habit of Indians as I have to think or my experience after using this product. If you have not a big stomach or next to word big eater don't buy this, I am not endorsing but in the terms of Mass gainer no any product beat to ON serious mass gainer.

Overall I would seriously rate this product, compared to other brands in this size the pricing is very reasonable, having been through many alternatives I definitely feel like I will be sticking with this for a while. In terms of taste it can be very sweet and I have used the suggestion another review made about adding olive oil and oats to take some of that away, works well. I know some people find these shakes very rich but I have to say it's not unique to this brand because I have had much worse you just get used to it really. On the subject of bloating; if you experience any bloating then why are you continuing to consume the full 4 scoops, to put it this way it is over 1000 calories which comparatively is an average fish and chips dinner, now imagine consuming that as a blended liquid of course it will bloat you, the reason you don't bloat on a dinner is because you eat slower. So do the same with your shake if you cannot handle it in one bash just take it easy or spread the 'dosage' out over the day. Results: I would also have to say this is why I have stuck with this brand and have now had this for several months. I'm making some great Gains and am up to near 15st (95kg) from roughly 13St (83kg), I have a pretty balanced well rounded diet with those occasional cheat days. Overall no matter what type of gainer you take if you want to look like a beast then act like it in the gym and make sure you eat like one (in a sensible healthy way). Ultimately this should only supplement a bulk not be the core of your calorie intake! Hope you find this helpfull

No, those aren't ribs. Don't make fun of me, I'll cry. This has to be one of the best bulk powders I've tried, and I've tried many brands like Six Star, Muscletech, etc etc. First of all, the value for money is amazing. 4 scoops a day (semi-inconsistently) for about two months now, and I've barely noticed the dent I've made in the bag. Let's talk flavor and mixability. I blend 4 scoops with water, and while some of the powder becomes hydrophobic, nothing a spoon can't fix. 4 scoops (not packed, shaken until level) mixes extremely well with water and produces a nice, consistent and smooth shake. I was a bit skeptical of the plain chocolate flavor, but this is honestly one of the better ones I've tried. Not too sweet, and barely tastes like a protein mix at all. They did a great job with this one. How about results? I've put on about 10-15lbs of lean mass in about 3 months of consistently working out. I didn't use the powder to bulk, but rather after workouts since I'm a skinny white boy and I figured I could use any weight I could get. I've gained quite a lot of size, it's very noticeable; I looked terrible before. Now I've got some biceps, gills and some tris starting to develop. Not being voodoo and chalking it all up to the powder but it has certainly helped me gain and maintain the weight. Very good stuff. For the price tag, and 15 POUNDS of the stuff, you really can't go wrong.

Bon rapport glucides / protéines Ne tenez pas compte des avis négatifs, je prends des gainers depuis plusieurs années, et je pratique depuis plusieurs années : ceux qui se plaignent de ne pas prendre des masses sont juste des amateurs, le produit n'a rien à voir Ici il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour prendre de la masse sèche y compris, si tant est que l'on sait comment s'entrainer en conséquence, manger, dormir... Dans l'ensemble le produit vaut largement ses concurrents qui dominent le marché des gainers pour prise de masse sèche ( low lipids, low sugar ) Démarrez avec 2 scoops, puis augmenter lentement le temps de vous y habituer, avec la routine alimentaire qui va bien en parallèle ( vous ingérez quand même 550kcal en quelques gorgées, cela peut freiner l'appétit des collations à venir ). No pain no gain bros

Bonjours sa fait 10 jours que je prend mutant mass et je peut le dire c'est le meilleur complément que j'ai pris, moi je les acheté nn pas pour grossir de partout mais juste pour améliorer mon fessier que je trouve trop plat en prenant 2 scoop au réveil et après mon sport j'ai vue des résultats sur mon fessier sa commence à bien gonflé et grossir comme j'aime et je le recommande à 1000% et sont goût triple chocolat juste incroyable à boire.

Tried bulking countless times and always struggled. Ive being have 3 shakes, with 2 scoops of powder, a day. Its tasty and mixes better than any other mass gainer ive tried. This product was a total game changer. 3 weeks in, 1.5kg of muscle mass added. 2kg in total weight. Will be buying again!
