This is an excellent product making my eye shadow application smooth. It doesn’t get oily and lasts a full day. It’s also good for application on nose and chin to prevent oiliness.

Goes on smooth and stays on. I wear it daily with or without eye makeup. It evens out the tone of my eye lids.

Only had it a few days, but so far I like it. I’ve always gone back to Urban Decay primer, but I’ve compared the two side by side and the UD is greasier and settles into my lid creases. ARTDECO is smooth and glides on, but no grease. I can even skip under eye concealer on casual days. You don’t need much, so this should last. Nice glass jar. No eye irritation as of four days use.

This worked fantastic to use on my lips to stop lip liner and lip gloss from bleeding into my lip lines. Haven't tried it on my eyes yet. Applied very easily and color is neutral for my medium white skin tone so it doesn't show up. I had seen women recommending Mac Pot Painterly, but I didn't want to pay so much. This did the job at an affordable price.

Nice neutral base; neutralizes purple/blue eyelid color and can be worn alone (I find it's just a tad sticky that way) but really makes a great base for all eyeshadows. Helps shadow last, doesn't crease and most importantly, does not irritate my contact-lens wearing, extremely sensitive eyes.

It has ok coverage. Better then concealer.

It may work for you get eyes but this is so drying I can't even spread it around.

I really like how this goes on--I tried it with a brush and sponge applicator, and both were good but prefer the easy glide on with no streaks with my sponge applicator (I found an awesome eye shadow applicator on amazon with a larger sponge head). Now what I did notice, it does take a minute for it to dry, so if you're using it as a base primer, be patient if you plan to use powder; cream shadow should be fine. I don't want to miscommunicate, it does not leave a "wet" feel, just that the base is a tad moist to apply shadow right away. I also liked that the color is neutral and could be worn as a shadow for a non-made up look. I did notice that it easily builds, and you may want to do this if you have any discoloring on the lids, as I do. I used a little more on the lower half under the fold.
