I’m 29 weeks pregnant and I suffer from severe hip pain, which makes it VERY difficult to sleep at night. I was staying with my parents who live abroad for a month and I bought a similar C shaped Full Body Pregnancy pillow made by another brand. I thought it was good but having compared it with PharMeDoc Pillow, I must admit that it wasn’t as good as this one, as it didn't provide enough support and was far too soft. Before I came back, I’ve looked at LOADS of different pillows and eventually got the one from PharMeDoc. The pillow was delivered very quickly. My husband opened it up while I was away and he thought this pillow was better than the one I had abroad. Even he noticed the difference :-) It’s soft but firm enough at the same time. It’s very comfortable and it stays in the right place (my height is 162cm). I’ve now had it for almost 2 weeks and I’m very happy with it so far, as it makes a huge difference. I can’t say that this pillow has cured my pain but my sleep has improved considerably. I also use it during the day when I’m reading, watching tv or simply resting. It’s not very heavy, so it’s quite easy to move it around. I hope it’ll stay in good shape for a long time!

Good shoulder, leg and back support but too stiff for the head and sometimes uncomfortable for the ears since you are sleeping on the side. Does the job. Gives you space for your belly.

This has been an absolute essential for me over the past few months. This body pillow provides exceptional comfort and support, especially during pregnancy. You don't have to be pregnant to love this pillow (however, I wish I had one when I was pregnant). I bought this pillow because I have back and neck problems and I often wake up feeling stiff, uncomfortable, and have a lot of pain in the mornings. I also have nerve damage from multiple upper body injuries and I often have a very hard time getting to sleep/finding a comfortable position due to tingling and numbness in my hands and arms. My husband suggested a body pillow to help relieve pressure points and after a month of researching various products I finally decided on the Pharmedoc full sized body pillow. I purchased the Jumbo Gray U-Shape pillow (not detachable) and it arrived yesterday. I opened the vacuum packed pillow and allowed it to expand and rest for several hours before trying it out. I slept on it last night and got one of the best nights sleep I've had in a very long time. I got comfortable quickly, fell asleep quickly, slept all the way through the night without tossing and turning, and I woke this morning without any soreness, stiffness or pain. Absolutely amazing!! Obviously I haven't used this product much yet, but here is my pro/con list so far. Mostly pros. The cons are honestly more preferences rather than true problems with the product. Pros: -Size is perfect for me (I am 5' tall and weigh 132 lbs) and seems to be versatile as my husband and daughter have both laid on it and like the size as well. -Soft, comfortable fabric, not too hot either. -Washable cover. -Versatile positioning - I am a side sleeper, but also spent some time lounging on my back on this pillow before bed and I was so comfortable I almost fell asleep while on my back. It can also be positioned so that you can sit with it wrapped around you, kind of like a bean bag chair. You need something like a wall or couch arm behind you to prop up on, but very, very comfortable for sitting/lounging in bed (which I am very fond of doing in the evening). -Stuffing can be accessed by removing the cover and unzipping the internal pillow which would allow the stuffing to be changed, added to, or reduced. Cons: -I think I might have liked the detachable pillow a little more because it has a built in space for your arm when sleeping on your side and you have a little more control over the size of the detachable pillow. -My husband and I share a queen size bed and the jumbo sized pillow does crowd his side of the bed a little bit (however, this is no fault of the manufacturer, I knew the measurements when I bought it). -I am not sure how well the stuffing will hold up in the long run, it feels like it may breakdown over time. I may consider replacing the stuffing with shredded memory foam at some point in the future.
