Drawers didn’t fit
Drawers didn’t fit as shelves were welded the wrong way around. I gave it 3 stars because they returned and refunded it quickly.

Decent product for the price - great customer support
I like the finished product after assembly but what I really like is the customer service. My order came with one piece that was defective, but also with instructions for how to contact the merchant for support. They responded to me on the same day and shipped me a replacement a day later. This impressed me and makes me eager to buy from them again. The assembly instructions are definitely a bit tricky and assembly is a bit complicated and best done by two people. But it is doable. The cart itself is reasonably sturdy (although I might remove the wheels to both lower it and make it just that bit more stable gor my purposes). The wood finish surfaces look nice, but are a synthetic film that I expect will be easy to scratch. That's par for the course at this price. The comparable IKEA wooded product is a little smaller with smaller drawers and 43% more expensive for the real wood surfaces.

Very good quality
Great quality cart, very sturdy and not too difficult to put together. It was packaged very carefully so that there were no marks or scratches. Looks great in our kitchen. The wheels are ideal so that we can move it easily to different spaces. One thing I'd note to anyone building this is that each piece of hardware is very helpfully labelled (i.e. 1, 2, 3, etc.). They are in clear stickers so a bit hard to see - which is why I didn't notice until half way through the build. Overall, very happy with this product.
