Great knockoff purchase for my Dyson 59 repair!

I bought this replacement dust bin for my Dyson DC59 Motorhead, and it does not fit properly. The bin doesn’t click securely into place, and sometimes the entire bin comes off during use. Even when it stays attached, the bottom flap often pops open on its own, causing dust to spill out. The vacuum also keeps pulsing as if there’s a clog, even though there isn’t one. It seems like the connection between the bin and the main body or floor attachment isn’t sealing correctly. Very disappointing.

Our original Dyson dust bin broke on the button that opens the dust bin door. This was a great replacement and fit perfectly. It did break again in the same spot after a few months but it’s so cheap & effective that I’ve bought it again. It is a design flaw for this model of Dyson in my opinion.
