Super food especially for vegetarians.
After researching a lot in the market and online, I went for this product. Using this brand extensively since a year now. Spirulina is called as the super food on the earth and apparently, it's showing it's results. Been taking 4 tablets a day - 2 before meal in the afternoon and 2 after meal at night. It's not a magic pill and won't show results immediately. But slowly and steadily it started to show the magic. Give it at least a month and you'll be astonished to see the results. The changes I felt were - Energy levels sustaining throughout the day, calm and collected feel, better concentration and less stressed out feel. It has done wonders with my short temper and I've also seen improvements in my skin and hair.

Don't take this tablet. It causes very bad side effects. We are in big problem because of this tablet. Hospitalized and it affected nerves disorder. Please don't take any vitamins without doctor's advice
