**Q: Is it foldable ?**
A: no

**Q: is it quite good for study/mediatation/sleeping when people are in conversation??  though i didn't like earplugs.**
A: This is very good for blocking unwanted noise of high frequency. But i dont think it would be good for sleeping as it is quite big in size and a bit bulky. Go for slimmer ones like 3m x4a.

**Q: wheather this earmuff's length is adjustable?**
A: Yes, it is adjustable.

**Q: Can I use them for protection from water while taking shower**
A: No. For that use silicon ear plug
