wonderful addition in diet
no broken grains, every grain gets cooked, just soak in water for 30 mins then cook like rice, add in a veggie stir fry or salad or eat with your daal or sambar, its chewy, and fluffy, I just want this every day.

Good packaging... Good quality product.. The cost is on a expensive side but still worth the money.. It is delivered as shown in the picture..

Easy to use and plentiful
You can mix with millets or rice. It gets boiled quickly and can be crushed with atta or jawar or missi. Taste is good. Quality is good. Value for money and I feel it is excellent!

Poor quality
Bought the item for second time.. but this time got disappointed on the quality.. have impurities like stones and weevils.

Excellent quality
These grains are the best quality I've bought so far (see picture). I've been using them to make barley water. Alongside meds for kidney stones.
