Just started taking this 3 months ago after years of supplementing with D3 without it, not knowing the importance of taking both.That said, I have read not to take it at the same time with D3, so I take my D3 in the am with my other supplements, and take this at night. No reviews mention this so thought I'd toss it out there for others to do some research.After taking this for almost 3 months, I can see the bones in my ankles again (I've had some ankle swelling for a couple of years, made worse on long drives we often take, so I wear compression socks). I haven't changed anything except 2 things lately - I added this to my supplement intake & I cut back a bit on my 90 oz daily water intake (to prevent kidney stones) so the re-appearance of ankle bones is interesting. Could it be from taking this or from cutting down on water intake? I have no clue.

Potent, If i take one during the day, i dont pee in the middle of the night. Could be decreasing extracellular levels of calcium.I dont feel comfortable taking them everyday because my head feels tight on the fourth day, but it did what I expected.
