This is just what I was looking for. I was tired of always having to open my cabinet door to put things in the trash. Now I can process veggies etc and put the debris in here which results in much easier cooking and clean up. I have a septic system so can't have a garbage disposal and this solves all the problems. the mesh bags are great and the unit is sturdy and small enough to not take up too much sink space.

When I first opened the box, I thought it was too small to be of use. BUT have found that it’s really helpful in keeping food-stuff out of the drain. And it’s a Perfect size/ design! — not too big for the sink and not too small. I find it helpful to “rinse” plates over the basket to have it “catch” the crumbs and residuals. It comes with a lot of the stretch nets. No need to order extras right away. It really reduces cleaning time. It’s well made. Highly recommend!

This little collector for small kitchen scraps has proven very useful in my kitchen sink, which does not have a disposal. The liners that come with the stand are strong and easy to take on and off. It keeps the sink cleaner - no soggy bits to wipe up. I also put peels from various fruits and such in it. It is small, so for food prep activities for multiple people you'd probably need to replace the net liner more than once a day. I only use one liner a day so far, and it comes with a lot of liners. I like it better than some larger containers with drainage that don't have liners and you have to clean them each time you empty it. I'm glad someone invented this.

All you gotta know is that it works. It catches food perfectly fine and quality wasnt bad. Easy to use for larger amounts of food and reduced the scrap cleaning from the drain strainer.

This is the perfect little device to catch food while scraping plates or draining a dish. The frame is sturdy and there are MANY little catching nets. It is small which is good for most people. I am glad I ordered it. It is easy to use and suits the purpose.

Well worth the money. Saves me a lot of traffic to the garbage can all while dripping water on the floor. Now I simply flick the sink strainer into this amazing bin and get on with my buisness. At the end of the day I change the strainer bag. What a neat find. The strainer bags are also very inexpensive. It is all one piece so it's also easy to clean. It's a game changer for me.

My husband tells me every other day how much he likes this system for the keeping coffee grounds from the French press out of our septic system! I like it for things like egg shells, soggy food scraps, etc.We like how durable the frame is and how easy it is to clean.

Unlike sunilar products designed to be glued to the edge or side of a sink, this one sits comfortably at the bottom, even over a drain hole, and allows for ease of use.As others have safe if you're using it with more pungent foods like fish, you need to swap out the nets daily, if you're straining most other foods, you can easily go for up to a week without worrying about smells,as the nets allow for great airflow, so the contents dry out quickly.I wish there was some sort of holder for this to hide the contents when not in use, but I'm not docking any stars for omitting this, it would only improve it to 6/5 if it was included! As such I am looking at building something simple on my own to provide this functionality
