Poor customer service. Cant ship the right size even with two chances.
The item was fantastic - a 5 for sure. Made solid. Worth every penny. It’s the company that needs zero stars. I ordered a 3XL. They sent me a L. This is for my husband who is a big and tall guy. I thought ok, someone pulled the wrong size. Ordered another one…same thing. A large was sent to me. Did not order anything after that. Just sent them back.
