Hello, I was drinking Cauvery water for many years in BSK 3rd Stage, Bangalore but was unsure of the TDS levels. I bought this HM Digital AP-1 tester and found useful. Its reliable and gives accurate readings which incidentally made in Korea product. The municipality water level TDS was around 200 ppm and then went for RO+UV+UF+TDS water filter to get good, clear, potable water. The technician set the TDS limit in the water purifier to the desired level and now the family is liking the taste of water. The TDS level reduced to 60ppm. Anything around 50-70ppm range is a good water as we need some minerals for the body, hence water purifier was not set for below 50ppm. Thanks,

1. The product is definitely very good. The packing was completely open from one end, as a result of which I initially got a feeling of it been tampered. But it was a genuine piece. I rated 4 only because of the damaged packaging which I think is very important for any genuine product. 2. The TDS of bottelled Bisleri water was 40. My tap water at Malad West was 76. 3. I would like to do some more tests from some other places and sources and give an update as and when it happens.

I was searching for the worth TDS meter online recently. I sensed about HM Digital being a reputed and trustworthy brand in this segment. Few things to note 1. Original brand along with warranty 2. It has magnetic surface which means that you can keep it on the surface of refrigerator. 3. Worth for home use if you would like to test the TDS level for your RO purifier/tap water. 4.Very easy to handle 5. No inconsistency in reading.

The product received and started using it the quality looks great but the will use and check the product can review with the usage.

I had bought a cheap TDS tester which gave faulty readings most of the time. this TDS metre gives accurate and consistent results and you can believe on the readings. the build quality is very good and you can go ahead and purchase this without a second thought. Though the price is a bit on higher side but it's worth investing some extra money in getting reliable product since faulty readings can be hazardous.
