This pole grip offers the most grip of the products that I've tried. I have naturally sweaty hands and this works really well to prevent me from sliding. Make sure you only use a little bit, though, as it goes a long way. This is a little harder to wipe off the pole, but not too much.

I have used a lot of pole grip over the years and this is one of the best pole grips I have used. Super easy to apply, you just squeeze a little bit out and rub your hands together to get it all over them. And then BOOM! You’re like a little tree frog🐸and can stick to the pole without slipping. And a little bit goes a LONNGGGG way and lasts a LONNGGGG time. So if you are into or getting into pole dancing/fitness I highly recommend Monkey Hands. It’s easy to use, a little goes a long way making it worth your money, and it’s not uncomfortable putting it on or taking it off.

Hands down the best grip I've tried for pole dancing. Sometimes it has you sticking a little too well. Residue is easily removed from the pole with rubbing alcohol. I do think it may be cheaper to order from their website

Great product, you don't need much for this to work, it should last you awhile, overall great value. Keeps my hands and skin (back of knees, inside of elbows, thighs) sticky! Works on hot and cold days, it's perfect for aerial. This is not going to show a white cast, it's pretty clear maybe I bit matte

When they said gluey I was not expecting it to literally be like tree sap and cause a very sticky and painful layer on both the pole and my hands and any body parts touching the pole, the stickiness this causes is more painful than conditioning and it pills up on hands and pole aswell. It is not smooth or powdery like every other grip I’ve tried which leads to smooth simple transitions. This hurts. it is definitely unique, It is good for hands if you have little to no grip strength I guess, if you’re an experienced pole dancer maybe try a different version or stick to the classic dry hands. It’s much better and cheaper. I would not buy at least this gluey version again, using this in the club will just be irritating and messy imo the stickiness level is accurate at least but like I said insanely uncomfortable. A waste of money for me.

Please read my edit at the bottom I was expecting this to be better than it was. I will stick with dry hands. This squirts out in huge globs. It barely works for 5 minutes if that long before you need to reapply…just make sure you wash your hands thoroughly before applying or it rubs off into little balls of mess. I will deal with cleaning up the white chalky residue from dry hands. Wish Amazon had a way of giving negative stars or at least ZERO stars. Edit: I am leaving my review about my disappointment in the quality of the product. I decided to improve my star rating due to quality of customer service. They reached out to me and offered a refund. Something I did not originally request nor expected. The fact they stand behind their product says something about their integrity. I am willing to give them a better rating. This product clearly did not work for me…perhaps something about my body chemistry did not go along with this product. I did have the issues I stated I. My original review..the way it squirts out I a huge glob would not be a body chemistry issue but the rest very well could be. Again the fact they offered a full refund I increased the star rating and am willing to say this company does stand behind their product and has integrity.

Good sticky grip that lasts for a good amount of time. Both my girl friend and I tried it in our pole dance class and could tell a significant difference in our grip when climbing. When using at home on my home pole, I find it a bit too sticky initially for a static pole because I keep my pole room cooler than the studio to cut down on sweating and have a lower ceiling so less climbing. After a few minutes (10-15) it seems to be the perfect stickiness for me at home. My hands are always dry for a while after using even though I wash my hands thoroughly after use, so I have to use intensive moisture hand lotion after using.
