The product looks good. But within 3 months of usage the screen went bad. It is continuously rolling. I use the watch only for tracking my sleep and walking, otherwise, I do not use it. I have totally disabled BT calling and I have not used this option even once. but still it went bad. Even smaller brand much cheaper watches will work at least one year. I sent mail to the service of Noise with the photo and video of the watch. Automated replay came after few days a email reply came saying someone will call you. After few days an AI called and asked me to troubleshoot. Finally, it told that they will arrange to pick up the watch in two days and serviced watch will be sent back in 10 days. But now more than 8 days is over after the call, till now no information from them for the pick up. When I contacted the service again, (no human to talk. Only automated recorded reply) it is telling that someone will call you back in 48 hours. The date of the entry was 05/11/25. Today is 13th till date no one has contacted. I think they are trying to avoid, to make us frustrated and leave it. Very bad service. This is the last time I am buying a Noise product. As long as there is no problem in the product you are saved otherwise your money is gone. I am attaching the photo and video of the watch for proof.
