I ordered an automatic curler through their link, which was directly connected to Amazon. I placed the order from that page, but I received a defective piece. When I tried to exchange it, they didn't have any stock available. When I returned it, they literally deducted ₹500 from my refund. The product was worth ₹2500. If the piece is defective and the return options are yours, why is it our problem? Why are you cutting our money when you can't even provide an exchange or a full refund? Seriously, it's not easy to trust [you] again. Giving a defective piece and then deducting money is a scam. So disappointed.

Curler is good takes 15 seconds for each hair strands and then automatically takes a cool off for 5 seconds, before you proceed with next strand. Recommended for short to medium hair.

I ordered the Urban Yog Automatic Hair Curler from Amazon at a price of ₹2,499, and after adding all charges, I paid a final amount of ₹2,504. However, after completing the payment, I noticed that two orders were reflecting in my order list — one for the Urban Yog Automatic Hair Curler and another for a dry shampoo which I never ordered. This was very confusing and concerning. When I received the hair curler, the packaging was already open and did not look properly sealed. The product itself appeared used and not brand new. This is completely unacceptable when a customer is paying the full amount for a new product. On top of that, the curler is not suitable for long hair as claimed. It does not perform properly and is not worth the price. After placing a return request, I noticed that the refund amount being shown is less than what I originally paid. This is extremely disappointing. Customers pay the full price expecting proper packaging, good quality, and accurate billing. Instead, I received a used product and faced refund discrepancies. I have contacted customer care multiple times, but the issue is still not resolved. I am honestly very tired of following up again and again. Very disappointed with this experience.
