Unique exercise device! So much fun that you might want to buy both weight versions like I did!
Love this exercise device and use it every day! I find it to be a very fun alternate way to develop arms, shoulders, and core. I originally bought just the 12 pound version. This one is a bit heavy, but doable for me (a 60+ year old short guy who lifted weights in the distant past but haven't for several years now). But I learned from using Indian clubs, that it is always better to be able to do the exercises smoothly and with good form for higher reps first, and then afterward progress to heavier weights. So I also ordered the 6 pound version as well. I start with the 6 pounder to warm up and then continue on to the 12 pounder for fewer reps. For most people who haven't used, or don't often use, weights when working out, or who don't feel they are that strong, I suggest buying the 6 pound version, since you might find the 12 pound version too heavy to start with and lose interest. For current weightlifters and other people who consider themselves to be very strong, I suggest getting the 12 pound version, since you might find the 6 pound version too light even to warm up with. For everyone in between those two extremes, I suggest buying BOTH versions and workout with them as I do. Both versions are very sturdily constructed and should last forever. So I feel they are definitely worth the 40-ish dollars I paid for each.

Feel the burn!
Great machine for the price! There are other more expensive version of this but this one will do. I have not had any issues and it fires up the arms/shoulders. Although people may use this all the time, this is nice to warm up before the workout and to end it. Thanks!

Worth every penny if a serious exerciser.
Absolutely a great buy. I love that I can get a full shoulder work out on the go. The heavy dutyness of this is outstanding.
