These arrived in a single, unsealed plastic container. While individual vials are sealed, there is no way to tell if the assembly process was sterile.

Good quality glass vials. I appreciate the size and that the rubber entry way is protective but also permeable. I had prefilled automatic pens of a medication I currently take, but had to decrease the dose, and correctly dosing it meant I had to transfer the medication from the pen to a vial. This made me nervous because the pen automatically retracts, so I wasn't sure if it would properly add to the vial. I'm so glad that the rubber stopper on these vial's are permeable enough for the pen needle to go through! I do wish these were individually sealed to be more sterile, but they're not, just capped with a plastic top that you are not able to recover the vial with. So please make sure that you are cleaning the rubber on the vials with an alcohol swab before drawing up any medications through it to prevent exposure to bacteria.
