I m using it since 2024. In starting it was so good. But now i m feeling pain in my neck n shoulder by using it.

Firm, small, inner cover missing.
Size too small, there is no inner cover in the pillow as mentioned in the photos. The size of the pillow is also not clearly mentioned. The memory foam also does not slowly decompress and bounces right back into shape i.e there is no memory in the memory foam so as to speak. The pillow is also quite firm, harder than my cotton pillow. It's just like a normal foam pillow with a bad quality pillow cover. It would be hard to find pillow cover for this size as it's not a regular shaped cover. Will not recommend. Feels like a normal foam pillow.

Poor quality for the given rate
It was really good initially and super comfortable but over time it became hard and uncomfortable, it' no longer feels like a memory foam pillow. Also please note the size is not a standard size but smaller than that, if you're someone who turns a lot in your sleep it's annoying cuz you have to keep moving it accordingly.
