Great Product. but remove that strip at the end of the earbuds
Likes: a. Very quick to connect/disconnect, when you take it out/(put it back) into the case b. Voice quality is excellent. I took a call, while riding a bike (under a helmet). Caller was able to hear me with some background noise. In less noisy environments, the caller is able to hear me clearly. c. Sound quality crystal clear, even when 15m away from phone. I can hear the caller/music loud and clear. d. fits my ear and is very comfortable to wear. Does not fall out. Dislikes: A. The product is very smooth and small, keeps slipping out of my hands when I handle it B. When new, there is a small strip of plastic at the end of the earbuds (where it connects to the charger when you put it into the case). The strip is invisible. The earphones don't charge, don't disconnect (from phone) etc till your remove that little plastic strip. I found out about it from a random forum. Was planning to return! Once you remove the stip it works perfectly. I have highlighted the location of the stip in the photo uploaded. Kindly be sure to remove the strip after purchase.

Don't buy.
Hello guys, I had purchased this boat product and this is very amazing product and features are : 1. Defective airdrops 81 atom , 2. Buds battery low very fast and time taken in case . 3. You can used time 4 hrs (buds ) . 4. And you will have to charge buds in case at least 30 to 40 mins for reusing. 5. And amazing point is that case battery low very fast in 5 to 6 times charging buds only . And I had complained these issues and return policy but very very great service and their best line is that the product is ok , no problem ( in return policy) . Oh! Wow . Amazon and boat 👏🏻👏🏻. That means this is my fault for buying it.. ( this useless and defective product) . And guys, my suggestion is that please don't buy this product and other products also. Otherwise, you will face same problems and issues, if you get defective product. And your fault, bcoz Thier product is okay from their side . That's it.
