Perfect printer for doing shipping labels, the supplied software/app download works well and can be done via mobile phone or tablet. Perfect for those vinted and Ebay postage labels. Setup was straight forward and multiple users can be set up to the same printer via Bluetooth. Signal holds well and so far no issues. Labels print fast and well. Small enough to put away in a drawer when not in use. I did get a stand for feeding the labels in at the back which I would recommend.

Super easy to use and set up. Can use from laptop or mobile phone. Really quick printing and the print quality is perfect. It even reminds you when to clean the printer too. Great size to fit on a desk or shelf and doesn't take up too much room. Labels are easy to filter into the machine. Very good value for money

Nice little printer. I previously had a wired Munbyn model for many years and decided it was time to upgrade to something wireless. Just a heads‑up: this is a Bluetooth printer, so it connects via Bluetooth rather than Wi‑Fi. Setup took a bit of figuring out because you do need the correct drivers and it doesn't bring up the bluetooth driver initially, but the wired connection driver instead (and of course you need to ensure you have a Bluetooth‑enabled device). Once installed it works brilliantly with my Windows laptop. Munbyn also confirmed during setup that Bluetooth connectivity is currently supported for Windows laptops only, not Mac laptops. Something to bear in mind for apple users if you don't wish to use this with your phone. The print quality is excellent, really clean and crisp, noticeably better than my previous model. I also appreciate that the new feed system doesn’t waste a label every time you load a fresh batch; my old printer always ejected one for calibration, which meant throwing away perfectly good labels. Overall, a great upgrade. I loved the cute colour options, but went for black in the end due to my bad habit of using it as a coffee resting spot as well as a printer.

Great little printer for shipping labels. After a couple of months of use, I’ve had no issues. Print quality is excellent and the speed is quite impressive. The app can be a bit buggy, but it works. Setup was super easy, pretty much plug and print.

I have been using this for a while year now and it is amazing!!! I sell stuff every now and again on eBay and this little baby is great - I don't need colour so that doesn't affect me. Works very well, easy to use and very easy to store as it's so tiny. It does need a wipe of the roller every now and again to ensure the laser is clear to print but that's nothing as you never have to worry about ink. Great value for money, I'm very happy with it and great value compared to other brands.

Fantastic little printer. This produces high quality labels. It is easy to use and the app comes with loads of templates you can use, or you can design your own. There are loads of helpful videos on youtube as well from mumbyn and from users. Printing is very very quick. I wanted this to print shipping labels on Vinted but then discovered Vinted doesn't give me that option with Royal Mail or DPD. However it works brilliantly from Royal Mails own site and i print my own labels now…no need to go shopping for stamps ever again! Customer service at Mumbyn is also outstanding which is a pleasure to see these days as so many companies don't seem to care about their customers. Highly recommend this little printer.

The print quality and speed is decent. However, the device stutters when pulling in labels occasionally. Sometimes the print will also start too early, cutting off the top of the label, requiring a reprint. We use this for a well established business and are not rookies when it comes to "ease of use" of items like this. In terms of value, it's a decent budget model. Functionality is there, but it's not top of the line. You get what you pay for. It'll absolutely do the job; but don't expect a flawless experience.
