After having a massive L5 / S1 back surgery with bones spurs and a ruptured disc, I needed something not hard on the kidneys to deal with the arthritis pain that won't go away. This does a great job at taking it down to a 2 or 3 on the pain scale. Works well enough I can sleep pretty well. Let me say I am skeptical of anything that isn't a medicine, but after reading government papers that say tumeric can work as well as tylenol I decided to try it. I will be reordering this again and again. 2 tablets a day is the recommended amount, and it seems to last me a good 20 hours.

This supplement is part of my daily routine to fight inflammation from degenerative conditions like arthritis. While I do not take this as a pain reliever, it does help to combat the stiffness of inflammation, particularly in my lower back.
