This mix is literally half to a third the price of better-known competitors, yet the ingredients are nearly identical. It contains essential electrolytes like sodium and potassium, along with key vitamins, all without any sugar or calories. It’s also vegan, keto, and paleo-friendly, which makes it an easy fit for a wide range of lifestyles. The taste is also great in my opinion, especially considering the price point. I’ve gone through multiple boxes at this point, and my household basically keeps these on repeat order because we go through them so often. The watermelon is our go to. We use these all the time especially in the summer when I’m working out or spending long days outside in the heat. They’re also a lifesaver if I’ve had a long night out and need something to help rehydrate and feel normal again the next day. Not a hangover cure but definitely helpful! Some premium brands might offer a slightly better flavor, but it’s honestly not even close to worth paying two or three times the price. This product performs just as well, tastes good, and keeps me hydrated without any added sugar or unnecessary ingredients. Overall, I absolutely love this brand and will continue to repurchase. I am a long time marathon runner and bodybuilder, I train every single day, and I’ve used just about every brand of hydration packet. LMNT was my favorite in terms of ingredients / taste — after discovering these I have failed to look back as these are 1/3 the price of LMNT and taste very similar. They have less flavor offerings but that’s okay. 5/5 ⭐️

The flavor is more approachable too — it doesn't hit you with that heavy salty punch that LMNT is known for, making it a much more palatable option for casual electrolyte drinkers or those just getting into supplementing their electrolyte intake. It's sweetened with Stevia Leaf Extract, which keeps things clean and natural. I'm stuck on the Grapefruit stick packs! For the price and the taste, this is hard to beat. Highly recommend giving it a try, especially if LMNT has been burning a hole in your wallet.

I've tried some of the more well-known electrolyte packet brands, and these have been a great, much more affordable alternative. I was looking for a high-sodium, sugar-free option to help support hydration, and these have fit the bill nicely without the premium price tag. I like that they're sweetened with stevia and erythritol rather than sugar, and the individual packets are incredibly convenient. I keep a few in my work bag for everyday use and also bring them along on hikes or other outdoor activities when I know I'll need extra hydration support. As expected with a high-sodium electrolyte mix, these do taste fairly salty, but not in an unpleasant way. Most of the flavors were quite good, although a few had a slightly artificial aftertaste that reminded me a bit of flavored lip gloss. Even so, it wasn't strong enough to keep me from drinking them or purchasing them again. For anyone who needs additional hydration support, especially those managing conditions that can make staying hydrated more challenging, these are a budget-friendly option worth considering. Overall, I think they offer a great balance of ingredients, convenience, and value, and I'll likely continue to keep them on hand.

Love love love these venturepal high sodium electrolyte packets! They manage my pots really well and taste fantastic! They dissolve perfectly and don’t have a weird flavor at all. The consistency is really nice too, especially if you mix the packets in with a 40 ounce cup of ice water.

These packets work and are effective at hydration and the price point is good. However the flavor and taste is A LOT… I’ve tried every flavor in the variety pack and not liked a single one. They say it’s “natural flavors” but it tastes like they were turned up to 100, like huffing an jello packet. Even the smell is overpowering. The sweetness tastes off as well because of the stevia. It is overpowering too and there is not enough citric acid to balance that out. I’ve been looking for a new electrolyte packet after realizing my go to formula had extra b vitamins which my body can’t metabolize well. But even at the appealing price point, I guess this one won’t work for me either.

These are absolutely refreshing and delicious, keeps you hydrated and energized! I bought these to drink during this summer heatwave and I’m very happy with this product! Definitely in my top buys for electrolytes, I bought another box immediately after drinking two different flavors.☺️
