48V 105Ah Self-Heating Lithium Golf Cart Battery

I had already removed the existing battery pack, and put a 3/4 inch sheet of treated plywood in the battery compartment. This made it very easy to mount the battery pack to the cart. Once I bolted it down, I then screwed the charger down so that it would be "built-in" to the cart. Next was installing the display screen in the front drivers side pocket, used a small drill bit to make some holes through the plastic and installed it easily. Drilled a hole for the wire to go down the back of the pocket and routed it along where other cables ran along the chassis of the cart, and zip tied them as I went. I then routed the cable across the body and screwed it down tight. Once all that was done I cut the old charger port up and mounted a NOCO receptacle into it and bolted it down. Plugged the cables in and was able to charge the battery and test it. As it shipped the battery was at 46%, and was able to charge it to 100% in almost exactly 2 hours. Unfortunately on my Ezgo TXT 36v, I had to figure out how to bypass the charger interlock as the cart wouldn't power up. There's a small red wire that comes from the controller and has a spade connector, I used a female wire with a female spade connector on some red wire, and ran that to the battery positive connector on the battery pack and Voila I was able to get the cart to move! Next day I took it out for a drive and went several miles around the neighborhood and it ran great, only used 4% of the battery. Very impressed, easy install, will absolutely buy again for my Ezgo RXV when the time comes to replace it's batteries. The only thing I could wish for is if they would have provided hardware to bolt the pack down, screws for the dash display and some zipties to neaten everything up. I ran to my local ACE hardware and picked up everything I needed for about $50.

I ordered this 72V conversion kit for 1 of 4 multi-passenger carts. The kit arrived on time and was packaged very well as it should be. This was my first time installing a DYI lithium conversion kit. The installation process is straight forward for both the charger and the lithium battery. Although the battery is heavy, about 130 lbs., so I did get some help lifting it into the cart. The new battery fit easily into one of the battery compartments that previously held 6 lead acid batteries. The electrical connections are very simple. After downloading the Vatrer app it quickly connected via bluetooth giving all the current stats of the system. I did have one issue concerning the supplied LCD screen. However, I was able to quickly and easily get in touch with customer service and had the great experience of working with Joseph. Joseph was very helpful, professional and resolved the issue without any hassle or hesitation.The cart has been in daily use now for 1 week and I've been pleased thus far. The power is better, the charge last longer, the charging time has been reduced considerably, and it just looks cool. I will update this review as time goes on but as for now I am impressed with this kit, and thanks to the great customer service, I will be ordering more of these kits for the other 3 carts.

I have been very happy with this battery. System was very easy to install with fantastic instructions and great custiomer support. My cart runs longer and more reliably since installing this. I highly reccomend.

This battery has worked out great for me and my EZ Go Freedom TXT 72 volt golf cart. Installation was easy. Battery is about 1/2 inch to long to fit in the tray but a little modification and it fits in there great. The amount of time I can go now without charging is incredible. Didn’t really notice any power gain but didn’t expect it to since I kept the stock controller. I was hoping to gain extra drive time and I sure got that. The weight difference is so nice as well now not having 6 batteries to have to deal with all the time. This battery has no maintenance other than charging it. I’m very happy with my purchase and I received the battery quickly and very well packaged.

I've had this Vatrer 72v Lithium battery in my personal cart for months, It is great, cart has 600 Navatis AC kit, 6 seater club car runs 45MPH not that at run that fast much. But easy can do 40 mile trips with no problems. Only issue I've had was the LCD got hard to turn on. Missy with Vatrer was right on it, getting another LCD meter out to me. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could

I purchased the 72V system to replace the 9 - 8volt Trojan batteries which were no longer taking a charge. I found the electrical schematic online for my cart and determined no peripheral relays or controllers were affected. It was simply a 72V for 72V replacement. I've had it installed for a month and the power is amazing! Incredible longevity, lower weight, increased speed, and overall better value for the money!So I came back to write this review and noticed the system was reduced by $300, and in the current economy for a family income that is a lot with inflation. So I asked customer service to honor the reduced price since I just recently purchased and they did! Absolutely 100% impressed with everything about this company and their product! 10,000% better then the lead acid batteries.

EZGO Expresss 72v TXT. Battery dropped right in. Simple conversion. Much better than Lead Acid and actually gain speed going up hill now. I did cut the mounting frame off of the LED Charge Screen and direct mounted it to my cart. Looks much better and clean. Golf car has better top speed and acceleration. Hopefully it lasts for many years!

High Quality. Works out of box. Simple install instructions - if you are a decent weekend project warrior, you can upgrade your 36V golf cart. Like many reviews state - the cart acceleration is much stronger and distance concerns go away. The LED displays works but could be improved looks.
