Very high quality, reliable, so you don’t have to worry it fall down, and the most important that its dose not need drilling so you’ll not damage your wall or door. I fixed it between two walls not a door, tried it for couple of months and got second one for my daughter when it proved the quality 💪🏼

Has improved my pull up capacity
Just use it to do a little pull up every now and again.. really sturdy, it does rotate a little, but very easy to re-set.. it has nice leveler (the little liquid in a tube with the bubble) at the center for your micro adjustments while latching.. takes less than 5 minutes to set up..

Cheap Chinese Stuff
The video is misleading...there is no ruler on the pole or any branding on the package. Its a generic Chinese stuff...Got for my daughter...so for it is ok...will have to see how long it will hold...I would generally avoid any supplier who places misleading pics or videos about the product
