I bought this brace because I've been dealing with an inflamed ankle for a while. The real solution is probably a week of rest... which is pretty much impossible with two small kids at home. Until I figure out how to make that happen, I wanted something to help during and after our daily walks. The biggest piece of advice I can give is DON'T GUESS YOUR SIZE, measure it!! I was convinced I needed a "small" because I have pretty narrow feet, but I actually followed the measuring instructions and measured my heel circumference. It was a little over 9 inches, which put me in a "medium". I'm so glad I checked because the "medium" fits perfectly (for reference, I also wear a women's size 8), and I am sure the "small" would've been way to tight for me.The compression feels just right for me, I get enough support so I haven't even needed to use the extra ankle straps that come with it yet. It's nice to have them though in case I ever want a little more support. And yes, they come as pair, the description doesn't mention it, but you do get two ankle braces and two straps, that makes this an even better value than I expected.

I definitely recommend this if you're the type to just "power through" an injury instead of actually resting. I tweaked my ankle recently, but I wasn't ready to sit on the sidelines yet. This brace has been a total lifesaver—it’s super comfortable and really easy to get on and off.The straps are the best part because they give you that extra layer of stability and compression you need when you're moving fast. I actually didn't feel any pain while running, which was a huge relief. One of these days I’ll probably listen to my body and finally take a break, but until then, this brace is keeping me on the field!

This has many uses but I primarily bought this for a sprained ankle to wear at night while I sleep. My daytime brace is extremely rigid and is uncomfortable to wear at night. This is minimalistic and not bulky. Brace material is on thicker side but I still wear a sock underneath in case my foot sweats. Included are 2 compression braces and 2 straps, one for each foot. The straps are adjustable and provide additional support.

I like this product, but be very careful to look at the photos of the various options. Some of the options come with the supportive strap and others do not. The "2 pack Skin Silver New" includes 2 sleeves but it doesn't include straps. The "Copper Black" includes 2 sleeves and 2 supportive straps. They are both priced at $9.99 which doesn't make sense to me. To get 2 sleeves with 2 supportive straps in the lighter color you have to buy the "Copper Skin Silver" for $16.99. So confusing. I messaged the seller to get clarification on which options included the strap. They closed the discussion without answering. I reopened the discussion with a simple, clear question, and they never responded.
