It's exactly as described. I bought two sets cuz I wasn't sure of the sizing, and luckily the size I needed was in BOTH sets, so I have a backup in case I break it, but I dont see that happening anytime soon...they seem pretty sturdy. So far so good on the functionality. It definitely keeps me from bending the joint(triggering), but I haven't been wearing it yet long enough to know if it's going to be enough to cure the trigger thumb. I'm hopeful, though, since it IS stopping me from bending/aggravating the problem. I can definitely recommend this product to keep from triggering! :-)

The package includes 4 finger compression sleeves and 6 clear oval finger splints in sizes 4–9. Smaller/regular hands would be a better fit for these finger splints. I am a young person, and all of the sizes fit my fingers with the exception of the 9, which is loose on my thumb. I tried the splints on my parents' fingers, and only size 9 fit certain fingers. Someone with bigger hands would need a larger sizing splints. I needed a some support on my fingers because I've been experiencing joint pain, so I got this product. The transparency of the oval finger splints' was an important reason in my decision to purchase this item over alternatives on Amazon. Instead of choosing a skin-colored finger splint, I wanted a clear option so that it wouldn't be obvious that I was wearing the splint. The fact that the product came with compression sleeves was my second reason. I had never used an oval finger splint, therefore I wanted the compression sleeves to be included. I had assumed that the oval finger splint would not be comfortable due to its plastic design. However, the simplicity and comfortability of the oval splints impressed me when I tried them after purchasing this product. The plastic is thin, yet it doesn't have any sharp or rough edges. Because the splint is so thin, I believe it could break if someone were to grasp something or you’re a person who’s using your hands a lot. The oval splints are my favorite. Although, I have been using them more during the day. The oval splints restrict the movement of the finger it’s on but they don't restrict what I can do during the day since I have it only on certain fingers. Also since they are plastic and minimalistic they are easy to clean and maintain if you’re doing stuff throughout the day. I’ve been using the compression sleeves at night because the oval finger splints aren’t very comfortable being worn at night. I would place the compression sleeve on top of the oval splint for extra support throughout the night if I need it. The product is great in relieving pain, and I highly recommend it to anyone with varying finger needs.

They work just fine, but they are significantly different in size than the ones from the Drs office. they are durable, and hold the finger in place...once you figure out which size is right. They are easy to put on and provide good stability. pricing was good, so value is great the only reason why it gets 3 stars is because their sizing is SIGNIFICANTLY larger than the ones we got at the drs office. I am talking about 2 size differences. If you wear an 8 from the Dr, it is a 6 in this brand.

I was very excited to try these as I’ve developed sudden joint pain in my fingers across both hands. Any pressure on them hurts. These technically reviews were promising!!! And I suppose if the only issue you have is stabilization, these would work. These technically work by preventing any movement of the joint. However, as most people aren’t trying to keep the their fingers from bending back towards them, you have to lie the splint across the top of the joint. This introduced a secondary pain. While holding things became easier, I was tormented by the increasing digging sensation as swelling occurred throughout the day. The splints left bruise like marks on me after sheer hours of use. Yes I was in the correct size. I then decided to just pivot to the compression sleeves. An even bigger disappointment. No real compression device is going to have a chunky SEAM on it. Not even flat locked- a flat out thick seam where they obviously just sewed the material on to itself. HELLO compression is meant to squeeze. And you decided to place a bulky seam in the middle of the sleeve? Who does that?! So needless to say I got no relief as the thick middle SEAM is digging into my skin during compression. Compression material should never have seams like that for exactly that reason. It is very uncomfortable. Every single one came like that. All in all I’d gift these to an enemy, cute little finger torturers for those already in pain. I will be sending these back asap.

I had these finger splints for trigger finger. I received these from the doctor’s office, during my visits. I kept losing them! I took them off to chop food, wash dishes, fold laundry and the like. Of course when I took them off I couldn’t remember where I put them! I asked my doctor where I can find them. The doctor sent me a link on Amazon. These seem to fit the description of what I needed. I tried these, because of the variety of sizes. I didn’t know what specific size I needed, but I have large, slender hands and fingers. I tried all of the sizes and sizes 7, 8, and 9 fit me best. I bought 2 packs and I’m glad I did!! I now 2 of the sizes I need! So happy with my purchase! These are durable and stable. Not hard plastic, and they fit comfortably and will not allow your fingers to bend! Easy to slip on, and they stay put. I don’t know what the little black things do exactly. It looks like they cover the fingers while wearing the splint. Good idea! A+++++++ I recommend this project and will re-order when needed! Happy with this purchase 😊

I started out by ordering another (more expensive) brand, first. They were too big so I returned them and bought these at a much lower price. These fit perfectly and are every bit as well made as the others at a much lower price point. Plus, I got 4 stretch sleeves that allow me to fluctuate between wearing them alone or with the padding for greater comfort and flexibility.
