Love the classic color and print of this bag. The size is perfect as my daily bag when I'm out and about running errands. Great quality. Would be even better if there's a smaller inside pocket.

I liked the size and shape of the bag. Ultimately, I ended up returning because the suede already seemed dirty prior to use.

Coach always comes through with quality and craftsmanship! This person is my favorite thus far that I’ve had in my 37 years ! It looks very wealthy! I really appreciate the medium size! This is more functional for me than carrying around a huge tote bag! The colors are rich and neutral and match a lot of different different outfits that I have. Here’s to another good quality product for Coach!

With mini bags so popular these days sometimes it’s tough to get a read on a bag’s dimensions by just looking at the product pictures. I’d call this Coach Willow Tote 24 a mini tote, close to that popular mini backpack in both size and storage. The fifth product picture for Tan Caramel, with the bag held to the model’s face, gives the best overview of its proportions.And it’s gorgeous. There’s so much attention to detail. There are metal feet to protect the bottom, it can stand alone upright and stays firm in form. There are two inner compartments with a zip compartment in the middle. My favorite feature may be the cinch close, there’s a magnetic close on one side, a turn lock close on the other - super convenient. A crossbody strap is included for more carry options. Also included is a soft storage bag.Coach always impresses me with their meticulous packaging, there’s so much care.I ordered the traditional print, Tan Caramel. I was super tempted by Peanut.

I love Coach. Their quality is always amazing and this purse does not disappoint. Last year I saw a friend of mine with this style purse and I’ve been talking myself out of buying one partly so she doesn’t think I’m stealing her style and partly because, I don’t need another purse. I was lying to myself. I needed this purse!The color is ideal for many different seasons and it matches so many styles.I normally carry a purse with handles (like this one) that I can fit my hand through and carry like that. I will be keeping the carrying strap on this one because recently I’ve decided that I either wanted a shoulder strap or a strap I could wear crossbody. This size is ideal for me. It will allow me to carry everything I need but won’t allow me to carry way more than I’ll ever need. It’s a purse not luggage..
