If like me you are looking for something of a performance boost in certain areas, then you'll no doubt be aware of the medicinal remedies that you can get to help. Obviously, these can be very expensive, or you have to take the risk of buying genetic versions from potentially dodgy websites..Hence when I saw these I was keen to try them out.First impressions are good, these are shaped very much like the commercially available sildenafil "blue tablets", however these have a primary ingredient of Ginseng-130mg.As a sidenote I take Ginseng tablets daily as a supplement, and those most certainly do not have the same effects..Hence you could say this is a magic recipe.After testing, my recommendation is to cut these pills into 1/4 and start with that as a base dose, and see if that is sufficient. I've taken this amount and the result is very good. Upon taking, you can expect to start feeling the effects in around 30–40 minutes.There are the usual minor side effects that you come to expect from these kinds of pills, stuffy nose, slight sinus pressure, flushing etc, but this is quite minor and will be no problem if your mind is occupied by other activities anyway. Check with your GP if you suffer blood pressure or heart issues before taking these.Performance wise, these certainly achieve what they suggest, stronger for longer. Duration is around 4–5 hours of effect, and there are no 'hangovers' the next day. I actually prefer these shorter lasting versions to the other main alternative on the market, which can last up to 24 hours, as I don't need a super prolonged effect.Overall at £24 for 10 this might seem somewhat expensive, however the strength is sufficient that taking 1/4 provides enough of a dose, hence you can think of it as £24 for 40 doses, which is a lot more cost-effective. As such, I would recommend these.

I have tested many different brands and versions of this type of product with varying levels of success. While many have added a noticeable increase in performance, this particular product beats every other by a country mile. The performance benefits of these tablets far, far exceed anything else I have ever tried.The effects can kick in within 30 minutes but if you wait 60 to 90 minutes you'll notice the effects have kicked in even more. Apart from out performing all other similar types of products, what I really noticed was how long the effects last for. When I use these I will take one tablet in the evening and enjoy the huge performance increase at night but what I noticed is that the effects of the tablets are still evident the next morning and thought that day too. In fact, the effects don't seem to wear off until 24 hours later.These are, by far, the best supplement, of this type, I have ever used. And for context, I have tested at least 20 other types of this supplement.These are strong. Enjoy :)

I've used a couple of these pills now with my pre-workout drink before hitting the gym. Serious gym rats will know that the chemical alternative to these pills, that come in the same shape and in a slightly lighter shade of blue, are put to good use in the gym and will know what I mean. For those that don't, this sort of pill is used to great effect for a skin-splitting pump when lifting.These are small blue pills, obviously aping the legendary 'little blue pill', and are dead easy to swallow. There's 10 of them in the box, each in its own blister wrap.Typical side effects for me using these capsules involves a slightly stuffy head and a blocked nose, which tends to appear about an hour after consumption and lasts about an hour thereafter. These effects are not as bad as the V pills.They work best for me in conjunction with a good pre-workout, taken about 30 minutes before lifting.As for bedroom use, I find that for a window of about five hours after consumption, I stand to attention at the most slightest provocation so I'm pretty sure they'll provide some impressive stamina in that department, should my plumbing start letting me down. If needed specifically for the bedroom, I find that they’re best taken around an hour beforehand, empty stomach and plenty of water.At £23.95 for ten (at the time of review), these are priced at the higher end of the spectrum when compared to the to the other products I've used. I have no problem recommending these pills but I've knocked a star off because they're a tad expensive.

Pills are easy to swallow despite their size.No after taste.Took 30 minutes before exercise as advised on packaging but didn't notice any difference in stamina.Maybe you need to take regularly for best results and may work for others but not for me.
