K&F Concept 67-82mm(2 Pcs) Step-Up Ring Adapter

These aluminum alloy rings are sturdy and of high quality. I got 82 mm VND filters to use for my 55 mm lens, and the 55 - 82 mm step up rings threaded onto the camera and the filters well! Took them out for a shoot recently and experienced no light leaks. I didn't have to fiddle with it, the JJC True Color VND filters screw on tight and secure to the adapter. I thought the thread didn't work with my lens at first, but if you're patient and align the threads, they screw on smoothly. Didn't have to think twice about the step-up ring after installation. They give you 2 step-up rings, and they come protected, delivered in a stiff plastic case. It includes a cleaning cloth, which I haven't used yet but it's handy to have. Instead of cashing out a lot of money for several sized filters, this was a very cost effective option to make sure your filters can be used on smaller lenses. Would recommend.

The fit, finish, and sturdiness are all impressive, especially for the price!

This is essential. It would cost a fortune to buy the same type of filters in different thread sizes. This gives flexibility at an affordable price. They screw together just fine and attach to the my Canon R50 no problem.

This is another great product from K&H. I need/wanted to save a few bucks on filters so I bought mine to match my largest lens and then bought these step-up rings for my smaller lenses. Well made, super light weight and non-glare finish. These are a great value!

While I think the value of these step up rings are amazing, I don't think the same could be said about the quality. They seem to be very well made, but at the same time don't function properly. In my case, I have the Sony F 1.8 11mm lens which has a filter size of 55 mm and bought the K&F nano x true color VND at 67mm. After purchasing the 55 mm to 67 mm step up ring, I found out that the step up ring tightens nicely onto the lens, but not at all on the filter itself. No matter how much I tried to tighten the filter on, it would always remain loose. For a normal ND filter, this wouldn't be that big of a problem, but since I had a VND, I was unable to utilize the lever on the filter since the entire filter itself would rotate. This meant that I would have to use two hands to control the VND filter. I tried using both step up rings to see if one was just defective, but they both had the same results. After purchasing a much more expensive step up ring that was made out of brass, the issue went away. TLDR; if using a VND filter, the connection between the step up ring and VND will be loose, unsecure, and freely rotating.
