Okay, for the record that little m’fer is a godsend. It has cleaned the bricks, spider webs and the dead bugs off of the patio, the sticky mess in the refrigerator and steamed my kitchen floors to perfection, thus far! It is easy to use and I love all of the attachments that come with this powerful little cleaning machine. It’s a quality product at a great price.

I purchased this July of 2024, so I’ve had it for a year now. It used to work great, aside from one minor issue with the rubber gasket ring on the lid coming off causing hot water to come out of the lid. Before finding out it was the missing gasket customer support was great and answered fast.I continued to use it a lot for my deep cleaning and sanitizing stuff and I absolutely find it to be a staple in my cleaning routine. The attachments did get loose over time so if I used the extension hose with the squeegee tool it would often fall off. The cord is also very short so I had to get an extension cord to use it with. Holds 250ml of water and does take forever to cool off to open (safety feature) so it takes a while if you’re trying to steam clean your whole house.As of this week (August 2025) this steamer is just unfixable. It started leaking water from the bottom and through the release button. The release button also didn’t work so I couldn’t release the steam so I just unplugged it and watched it from afar. The handle was also extremely hot. The body itself is separating, I looked at the screws to make sure they weren’t loose and most of them are stripped, rusted, etc. I haven’t touched the screws so how are some stripped??? Makes no sense to me. I set up the 2 year warranty when I received this as well but I guess it doesn’t matter now since their website no longer exists and I can’t get help for the issue I currently have. I emailed the support email I had from the first issue a year ago and it’s been a few days with no response. I ended up just buying a new one with better reviews so hopefully that one works better.

I have owned several budget handheld steamers in the past. Some for wrinkled and others for cleaning. EVERY single one dripped. Some more than others but they all had an annoying drip. I gave up on these poorly engineered steams and when absolutely necessary to have steam I use my wallpaper steamer which works great, but it is a big machine and just too much trouble to get out. Based on some research on you tube I felt it worth the effort to give this one a try. First thing I noticed was how easy it was to put together. Everything fit snug but wasn't a struggle to get together. Having these before and seeing this one on Utube I did not bother with instruction but even if I had never before used a handheld steamer, I am sure I would be happy with the effortless operation. Put it together add the water and turn it on. It really is that simple. That being said I suggest reading the included information for safety reasons. The steam is HOT. Other than the easy setup I was also impressed with the engineering of the seals (i guess) or whatever keeps the water from dripping out the nose the entire time you are steaming. This ONLY puts out steam and it does this to the last drop of water. My guess is the temperature of the steam and the seals in the delivery port. Whatever it is, it works. Great design superior operation. I am very happy with this for now and super hopeful that it continues to deliver a non-drip steam flow. I think most agree that they would rather pay more for a product that works properly than to pay less for a tool that consistently gives them trouble. With this you get the best of both. Reasonable cost and a quality tool. Don't waste any more time looking for a steamer that isn't making a mess with the drips. This one is drip free.
