The other thing I noticed after the dose where I incorrectly mixed the magnesium with only 2oz of water was my skin was itchy for about an hour afterwards. I was randomly itchy on my arms and legs and it would come and go. I never had any hives or anything on the skin, just simply random itchy spots that I would scratch and then another spot would get itchy a bit later. Over and over for about an hour. When I properly mixed the magnesium with 8oz of water I didn’t have any itchy spots. I also have I injected this in the morning, mid day and at night.
