Any manage to solve this constant skipping. Ball never wants to roll properly for too long

I've been buying these pens for quite a while now, and every once in a while (Maybe one pen out of 5?) the pen skips horribly. I've found a way to salvage the faulty pens, however: Find a pen that wrote smoothly that is almost out of ink, and have the faulty pen in hand. Remove the clear cartridges (with a white tip) from each pen, and find a way to have them both stand upright. Remove the white tips from each cartridge, and transfer the tip that worked (wrote smoothly) to the cartridge full of ink (that belonged to the faulty pen). Then put the new cartridge into the pen casing and you're good to go. It takes a bit of pulling to get the tip out, but it doesn't take long to do, maybe five minutes. Not a perfect solution, but it's a way to salvage a full cartridge of ink.

How to refill this pen? Bought the refills and it no longer clicks open and close. It's like the refills from amazon have no springs. Any advice?

The spring and the top push to open /close plastic cam are not part of the refill. I presume they are not built to last longer than the life of one refill in these pens. (even though i support RRR) i suggest that you use these pens as a one time usage. If the push switch does not work or the spring has soften after useage you have to replace them too if available separately. i doubt.

I need a pen that will not bleed through my check registers. Any recommendations?

This is the pen you want. I use too much pressure when I write and have had no bleeding with this pen on almost any quality of paper. And the pen is recommended for writing checks as the writing is resistant to bleaching.
