I am very very pleased with these CPAP filters. They work perfectly in my Respironics System One while saving me a bundle. I get 24 foam and 24 fine filters for what my insurance provider charges for just 1 foam filter! Getting these though Amazon does not count toward my insurance deductable but at this price I don't care.They work just as well as the Respironics brand filters in my use of the last couple of weeks. Now that I can reasonably afford to change my filters every week I think I'm sleeping and feeling better too.The filters come neatly packaged in a tiny box which isn't a surprise: they are tiny filters! What pleased me is how each of the foam and fine filters are in resalable bags so they stay clean and uncontaminated. Such a simple commodity product should be inexpensive. That the manufacturer thought about the packaging with respect to how they get used is a real plus to me.I'm so happy I've started getting my CPAP filters here on Amazon. It's a fraction of the cost my insurance dictated supplier charges for the same thing. Quality matters and even if they don't last 90 days like my insurance says the ones they provide should. The low price of these lets me to change them much more frequently saving me time washing out the foam filters and making them a much better value. If that doesn't earn a solid 5 stars I'm not sure what would!

These fit my CPAP machine perfectly and worked just as well as the OEM filters. But the OEMs are more expensive so this is a no-brainer. Unlike some others on Amazon, these come with the white particle filter that sits behind the black filter in your machine. Without this white piece, dust and particles could still get into your machine.

I have ordered these a few times for my Philips Respironics PR System One. They are more or less about the same as the ones I would have to order from the company that originally gave me my CPAP, but a LOT cheaper. They can feel just slightly off in size, but I have never had an issue getting them to fit ultimately.

How much can you say about a little foam filter and the fine filter for your CPap. These fit perfectly, are exactly what I needed and expected. I am now stocked for at least a couple of years. Timely delivery and good price. I will order again when needed.
