I bought three. First thing i noticed but decided to work past was that the hose connection on the inner portion of the reel sticks out too far. 6 months in the paint is deteriorating and i have to adjust the locking pin at least once a week due to the spool not staying in its proper spot. They are just cheap. Spend up my friend

When it came it was damaged and the box was not damaged.. seems flimsy as far as the reel. Was disappointed that I could not get my setup complete. Looks Like I will have to look around and buy cheap Chinese crap because it's cheaper..

I use this hose reel in conjunction with my pressure washer and it has been very useful for keeping the hose nice and tidy during use. The hand crank is smooth making it easy to reel in the hose without hassle and the sturdy metal build feels durable enough for regular use. It’s great for keeping the hose organized and tangle free which saves me a lot of time and reduces wear on the hose too. The reel also stays securely in place during and after use.

The media could not be loaded. This has been a bitterly disappointing experience. After working on it for a minute i found a piece in the bottom of the box that i deduced was for the tensioner, which explains why i wasnt able to get it tension right.There was a bolt stripped i had to replace on one side of the reelthere is a dent in the bottom leg brace on the frame which may explain the wobble in the cylinder when it turnsI set up a return but i may just count myself lucky and keep it, warts and all. I am not sure Mekoh is to blame on this one tbh, there is evidence it might have been meddled with previous.

This is a great hose reel, very heavy duty but did have a couple minor issues I'll address. Operation is smooth. Assembly was quick and straight forward. I'm using this not for pressure washing but as a mobile outdoor air hose reel that can be moved from place to place. I even intend to mount wheels and legs to it which I will add pictures of later. It will hold a ton of 3/8" air hose, I literally have more than I need on it and have room for more. Now for the issues. At first the reel didn't want to lock. I realized it was slid too far one direction for the lock pin to catch , I thought it had been dropped. Come to find out the position locking rings weren't tight and needed to be adjusted. Ok, no big deal. I adjusted one side, then goy to the other. The Allen wrench didn't fit and when i found the proper wrench it wouldn't tighten. Did the screws strip? Nope. The Wong set screws were installed. Leaving me to hunt through my stock pile for the proper screws. After I found them it was just a matter of sliding the reel left and right until the proper position was achieved. I could drop a star because of all this but I'm not because it's just really well made and it wasn't a big issue for me. If I had to make a suggestion it would be to have the supply pipe that comes in through the inside of the reel to have Come in through the side of the reel and add a 90 n degree elbow. This way you don't have to coil hose over top of it. With that said it is a really nice reel.
