Multiple monitors with MacOS works perfect
I have two external monitors connected. There is a lag compare to the laptop monitors but that might be from the App used to extend screens. Their machine is very quiet, no unwanted noise. Overall it is a good machine, does the job as described

So far is a surprisingly good dock
I had an adapter for dual screen for my mac already but I wanted to streamline the connections and have one large dock instead of multiple adapters. What worked:- No more issues with not enough power for devices.- Bandwidth is impressive. I have Ethernet, 2 screens and VR headset on the dock and all works fine with one cable connected to my mac.- USB-C cable provided with the dock is decent and long enough. I am actually thinking about mounting the dock under the desktop so only one nice cable connected to my laptop is visible and everything else is hidden under the desktop.- Most of the cables are neatly connected to the back of the dock. Cable spaghetti is gone. What didn't work:- Connecting both VR headset and external HDD. My mac didn't see the HDD. I connected it to the second USB port on my mac and HDD was found so not a big deal for me.

Pretty solid dock
This dock has been solid - functions really well. and after installing the software on the macs works seamlessly for my mac and windows computers. My only probelm is that the mac required two pieces of software to work.

Looks impressive, nicely presented, But....
I wanted a decent dock to connect 2 x HDMI monitors adn a plethora of USB peripherals into tmy SOHO. Wavlink seemed to be a strong performer, the reviews seemed positive, so i took a punt. Despite there being so many "almost identical" wavlink docks, i chose this, specifically because i did NOT want PD to charge my laptop _ (I use a ROG Zephyrus, that draws a lot of power!)installation was a slight pain, having to download a driver package from Synaptics, but that went by quickly. After a few restarts, the dock was recognised.Monitors came on, USB detected - All good?Well... This could be isolated to the unit i bought, but i cannot work with flickering monitors, either or both continuously going off, then on, then off again... Plus, whilst on, the sound quality was clipping on one monitor (i know it isnt the monitor speakers!)Just not good enough.TBH, i knew there would be some trade offs, 2 x 4k monitors and some USB devices all working concurrently via one USB C cable?? Nah.Remove dock, use HDMI on laptop, and seperate USB C hub with HDMI dock, all good. Performance much better.Wavlink dock on its way back to Amazon. Not impressed at all. From my experience, if you are a medium to heavy power user, then avoid. if you are a simple home office user, it might be suitable for you.Equipment connected for reference:Asus ROG Zephyrus G14 (2021 model, Ryzen9 plus Nvidia GPU)1 x Asus VG248QG Monitor1 x Asus VG278QG MonitorUSB mouse, Microsoft USB Keyboard.USB Memory sticks.

Not plug n play
This is not a plug n play product unfortunately. It works but you need to download and install a driver to use a display. That's easy enough but you can't do that if your employer severely restricts your use (e.g. the NHS). I had to return it for that reason.
