Love this make up remover balm! I have sensitive skin and it didn’t cause any skin irration or break outs. It’s a good value, and you get alot of product compared to other brands. It really melts your make up and makes removing easy. A new found favorite in my skincare routine.

I used to use the Ordinary balm to remove my makeup, but it would leave a residue on my skin. This one leaves no residue and removes all of my waterproof mascara. I love that you only need a tiny dime size amount to remove my entire face of heavy makeup. My skin is sensitive and it's moisturizing and has not broke me out. 10/10

I love this stuff. I have it on auto purchase. Melts away make up and easily washes off. No hard scrubbing required.

This cleansing balm works very well and it feels really nice. No weird reactions or anything. Very easy to use. The reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because I detest how it smells. It’s bad enough that I keep checking to see if there’s a due date on the jar anywhere. It doesn’t smell rancid like old oil, nothing like rot, it’s a different smell but it’s not pleasant, at least not to me. Nothing appears to be compromised inside the jar. I know scent can be relative. Maybe everyone loves it and I’m the weird one (won’t be the first time), but it’s definitely not for me. The product itself is quite nice. It doesn’t take a whole lot but I like to be thorough. It spreads better than butter. It’s delightfully silky smooth. When you add water, it becomes milky. It rinses clean easily and leaves nothing behind. To be fair, I do tend to do a double cleanse and if anything is left behind, I see it when I apply my toner so I should try it alone but my skin looks good even before I do more. So - I’m torn. Feels lovely. Works well. Leaves skin clean and silky soft. Nice large quantity. Some natural oils in there with everything else. Smells like something you shouldn’t put on your face. No pleasant fragrance - just a weird one I can’t describe adequately. I wonder if their other formulation smells better. I may have to check that out. Would I purchase it again? I’m not sure. I would like to see if the yellow one smells better but if it weren’t exceptionally improved, I’d probably not buy again. I’m very scent oriented. Ridiculously so. Because of this, I’d say give it a try. Most people aren’t going to be quite as picky - they may not even smell it the same way I do. Not uncommon for me. So yeah, I’d say still give it a try. It’s nice feeling and works well in all the important ways.

Takes makeup off seamlessly & doesn’t give me cloudy eyes like other (more expensive) brands I’ve tried. My skin feels super hydrated after using. There is a lot of product for what you pay - definitely worth your money.

This remover is the best! For context, I'm alt/goth and I wear really heavy eye makeup. I always struggle with Micellar and cotton pads because I can never quite get all the waterproof mascara off my eyelashes and I feel like I'm ripping them out, it takes WAY too long to remove my makeup, and/or I scratch the ever living crap out of my eyelids from scrubbing so hard. But this has genuinely saved my poor eyelids (and face). No longer will I go to bed at night mourning the loss of what was once the top layer of skin there. I use a small finger scoop of product, rub right onto my eyes for about 15 seconds, and it all starts coming off. I use a makeup remover cloth alongside this product just so I can get every last bit of makeup off. It melts off my waterproof mascara and even my full eyeshadow looks off with EASE. The only thing I would warn against is if you have acne prone skin like me, you might wanna wash your face after you use this just so you get all the oil off. Anyways, I would totally recommend this product. Never once has it let me down. I love it! :)

Works well but I cannot get over the smell. It literally smells like dirty diapers to me. Won't buy again bc of it.

This is one of my staples! I love how it melts the make up completely off, including waterproof mascara, can easily rinse with lukewarm water and no greasy film after rinsing off! Love love love it! Good price as it will last a month for me and I’m a daily make up wearer. A very mild scent almost unnoticeable, gentle on the skin, easy to remove! And I love the HA in it!

It’s very thick and it doesn’t remove the make up that well

I’m not sure if I received a defective product or what, but the texture is completely inconsistent, almost as if it’s separating. After applying it, all the makeup just ends up smeared on my hands, and it’s difficult to remove. Even after washing it off, it leaves an oily residue on my face.
