Looks well made and I tried it heated; it took longer than the recommended time and I had to re-fold the pad a few times to ensure even heat distribution.Once heated and on it was found to be a good fit and the warmth was soothing, lasting for about 30 min before I needed to reheat.I haven’t tried cold as I find my neck needs heat but the pad is flexible enough that it should still be a snug fit after being in the freezerPay attention to the heating instructions - and make sure you don't overheat it!

I've used the neck pack for hot therapy. I put the pack inside the microwave for around 1 minute and ten seconds. Then I placed on my neck. I can confirm that it provides a nice warm feeling on your neck, relieving any tension. The pack provides heat around 20 minutes. I would have wished that the heat could last longer. If you lay down on bed while you're using this hot pack, keeping it pressed between your neck and your pillow, that could contribute to keep the warmth longer. I'm not happy that this hot pack doesn't have any velcro or a system to secure around my neck. I tried to use it while I was working in front of the computer, but this hot pack didn’t hold well around my neck and it moved from its position (becoming less thermal efficient and risking to fall down).

Ordered this as have been suffering recently with bad neck pain from home working in front of a pc all day. This item arrived well packaged and with comprehensive instructions. The wrap has options to be used heated or chilled- with a microwave bag supplied for the former if needed. The wrap has a decent weight to it and once applied to the neck, stays in place while giving relief. The price break was decent, so won't break the bank. A handy item that can give instant relief to those niggling neck pains. Highly recommended.

The NEWGO Larger Neck Ice Pack Wrap is a nice product that is good to soothe neck pain or just to stay cool in this hot weather.The neck wrap is smaller than I expected it to be but it still fits nicely and is comfortable to wear. I have used it in the freezer so far as it's too hot this summer for me to try it warm. It can be used hot or cold though which I like.It doesn't take too long to freeze and I was surprised that even after freezing it moves well and whilst it has a weight to it it's still nice to wear. It can be used on the neck or a variety of other places on the body which is handy. I haven't had any neck pain so far but it's been great to cool down in this hot weather.I am pleased with this neck wrap, it has many uses and I'm sure it would be beneficial to anyone looking to soothe aches and pains.

this is so versatile it can be heated in the microwave, i found round the edges got hotter than the rest so be careful, great for backs and/or shoulders it has a plush soft side that feels nice next to your skin much more comfortable than a hot water bottle, it can also be used as cooling very pleased and would not hesitate to rec

I actually ordered it to use on a swollen knee or ankle after knee surgery. My whole leg is swollen from angle to calf so having something that wraps like this will be very useful. I can simply wrap and unwrap it and move it up my leg as I go. I actually think this might be better than an actual knee one as it can be wrapped over the back and the front of the joint.A good item to have in the freezer and versatile enough for most joints.
