Skin Game-changer
I bought this after being influenced and I will never go back. The first time with this net sponge can feel a bit like punishment because it is a good scrub on your skin. Make sure to lather it well and soak the net for a minute so that it softens up the fibers a bit. After a few uses, I saw amazing results in the softness of my skin. I've gifted half a dozen of these and everyone that has them now loves them and buys them for others. Serious shower goodness. Also, less bacteria potential than a luffa because you can open it up to dry completely between uses. Best find of 2025.

TikTok inspired me to grab this!! ⭐️
I saw a TikTok video that said these type sponges were great for exfoliating and scrubbing. She was so right! Best advice ever. Works fantastic on also scrubbing hard to reach to places such as back, behind legs and neck as well. Excellent size and knots to hold body wash and allows great lathering. This is a shower game changer. The knots that slough off dead skin, lotions and old buildup of oils. .If you’re looking for a buffed, polished and amazingly soft skin, this is it. Truly a great find. It’s soft enough though to use all over the body. Inexpensive enough to replace often too. So glad I found this one on my first try. Fun fact, they don’t hold bacteria like so many other cloths and poofs. Awesome quality product. Get it, you’ll love it!!!

Absolute must have
First time having one of these and I'm very impressed with how smooth and exfoliated my skin is! And I did research first and I can tell by the knots it's real! There was no smell and it's pink and adorable so that's a plus.

better than a washcloth, not better than a Korean exfoliating cloth.
I switched from the Japanese or Korean exfoliating scrubber cloths and those felt like they were doing a lot more. Don't get me wrong, this is nicely made and gets the job done, but I will definitely be switching back to the other kind after this. I expected this to be more exfoliating than it is. it's a good size and holds soap well, and I do feel clean after my shower. I also like that it dries really easily and doesn't smell weird. my skin doesn't feel any less rough than before. the other type of cloth is much better in my opinion, but both are better than the classic loofah ball things or a regular wash cloth.

True knotted net sponge
This is a true net sponge with actual knots at each intersection. Great length that makes scrubbing your back a breeze. Doesn’t shed any materials and lathers nicely.

Authentic African net sponge honest review
This is definitely an authentic african net sponge because of the sewing pattern. You dont need a lot of body wash for it to lather up and also it rinses out completely and doesn’t have that moldy smell. And it exfoliates nicely. I recommend it

I’m a little disappointed
I’m not sure how I feel about this African net sponge. It’s extremely rough when scrubbing. Which I thought I would like. Prior to this, I purchased a net sponge from the dollar store and it did the job very well. Although it frayed after a few uses. I didn’t mind replacing after a few uses. This really made my skin soft and I could tell the difference. Now this African net sponge, I got it because i heard great things about it and specifically bought this one because of it being authentic. I don’t like the exfoliating power of this sponge compare to what I was using before. But one thing that I do like is you can get a good scrub on your back. It’s easy to use to clean those hard to reach places. There wasn’t any smells either. I don’t know, I think the African net sponge is overly hyped and overpriced. Just my personally preference, I will continue to buy the exfoliating net from the dollar store.

Quality for its price point
This is the right African net sponge with the knots. I don't see any like drastic change on my skin but it does do a good lather with bar soap.. not so much liquid soap though. It's good for double cleansing so using this one first to exfoliate and then going in with your regular rag or loofah afterwards with your second soap

Product is nice and cheap and does the job. You’re able to lather up soap very well. The material feels good and dries very quickly after showering some shedding of the fabric at the start of usage. Product exfoliated well and you are able to get those unwashed areas of the back very easily with this product.

Loving it and never using the conventional loofahs again

It works beautifully so far! Very durable but also gentle on my skin. My skin sometimes swells up when I take hot showers and this doesn’t irritate me any further. My only complaint is that it’s super long but I cut it in half and that solved that problem. I can still use it as intended with it cut in half and I get two extended uses out of it.

There are many bad reviews saying this is false advertising and that it’s a fake African net sponges. I must have gotten lucky because I got the authentic purple one advertised (yes, I know the difference). My only issue is there was excess dye, which I needed to wash out multiple times before the first use.
