Found this product on TikTok but a better price on Amazon! All I can say is thank goodness I watch a real estate video on TikTok this stuff is amazing a light fresh smell but powerful on deodorization!

Great product. As an auto detailer I need top of the line products in order to give above average satisfaction and I'll say that this a top of the line product. With pet urine, 2oz in a 16oz spray bottle and that will give you the results your looking for. Re-treat if necessary. It's a "-cide" so that means it kills, not mask odors. I've experienced no discoloration when using this on anything. For what it does, the price is justified. I HIGHLY recommend it!!

I have used another product for nearly 18 years, and the company was sold... and product became scarce... so I tried this. Will not buy again. I prefer my 'old' brand, and I was able to reach the new owners and get the product again... This product's smell is ok, but I like the other better... and this was a LOT more money... It is concentrated and you don't need much to get the job done (I use for pet markings, pet laundry, and strong rental units smells to neutralize when turning units.) I would not buy again.

Love this product! Use it in everything from curtains, couches, to even adding some to my laundry! Amazingly effective! Great smell too!
