THORNE Quercetin Phytosome, Highly Bioavailable Quercetin, 60 Capsules

I use it as a natural anti inflammatory. Really helps me if I feel a cough or cold coming on.

I bought this brand because it has a license from Indena S.p.A for the phytosome technology whereas most quercetin phytosomes don't and do not have the same absorption. For normal colds, this is probably overkill, but I had a persistent cough from a cold, and I also had inflammation from a slipped rib that simply wouldn't go away after a couple months. I used this since quercetin is a powerful anti-inflammatory (besides being an ionophore), and the inflammation in my ribs was completely gone in two days. Even after the first day of trying it, the pain was about 70% gone. It might be a coincidence, but I was trying all forms of exercise that didn't help. I'm not sure it helped with the cough, which went away slowly.

Great Product for people with respiratory problems

Your supplements are only as good as the sources the ingredients come from and the process by which they are extracted. When it comes to vitamin quality, expensive does not always mean better. It depends on the trustworthiness of the manufacturer and ingredient supplier. A good manufacturer would ensure the ingredient sources are worth what they are charging and would individually lab test each batch. According to my holistic MD Thorne does that testing and therefore the cost of that is passed to the consumer. if you buy worthless vitamins you're not just wasting money but you are sacrificing the time that your body could have been taking the supplement. It takes months or sometimes years to experience the efficacy of a supplement. imagine wasting all that time on an ineffective product because you thought you were saving money. Do the research before spending a dime of time.

I like this brand for quercetin phytosome antioxidant supplement. Thorne is a good reliable brand and I've been using it for years. It's easy to swallow with water, the capsule size is not too big, and I think it has good value compared to some other brands. I will keep buying it in the future.

My nostrils were a but drier and I was breathing more deeply...might be placebo but it gave me a sense of calmness.

It appears to be good quality. I ve not yet seen results but am hopeful !

Ok so my histamine levels were over 7867 in highest ref range 959 /7 times the norm basically/. The bloating was one thing, but every morning I felt like I have something stuck in my throat that I desperately want to caugh out, but couldn’t. ChatGpt told me to get Quercitin and Vitamin C. I’ve heard about this brand Thorne that athletes use so even tho more expensive than other brands - I gave it a try. Long and behold the sensation in the throat IS GONE. I don’t know the histamine levels, but it is obvious this works

Great quality product whilst a little pricey, compliments my other vitamins.

Great supplement. Allergies (nasal) vanished and no side effects. Helped me get over colds n coughs quicker. A super natural antihistamine and anti-inflammatory 🙌.
