Logitech Combo Touch iPad Air 11 inch Keyboard Case - Midnight Black

I had been wanting to get a keyboard for my new iPad Air for white some time, however the price of the Apple Magic Keyboard deterred me. After reading the other reviews I decided to go with this Logitech version and I couldn’t be happier! So far there is not one thing that I don't love about this cover. The ease of using it as soon as I got it. Took it out of the box, put the cover on my iPad and then connected to the keyboard itself, which it does magnetically and is a VERY SOLID connection. Keyboard lit up and ready to go. It runs off your iPad thru the connection and doesn’t require any separate battery charge or cable. The response of the keyboard is phenomenal. The track pad is large and just as responsive. I sometimes forget that this is my iPad and not a laptop, it is that similar in use. Another feature I absolutely love is that if I just want to use the iPad for drawing, i can detach the keyboard and set it aside. The case is very strong and so well made, it is worth every penny i paid for it. The value is well worth it. I feel like i could drop this case from 10 feet up and nothing would happen, not that I EVER intend to do that, lol, but that is how sturdy this case feels. Even with the keyboard it is not bulky. I really cannot say enough good things about this case. If you are considering a keyboard case for your iPad, THIS IS THE ONE!!!

Quality is great. This case fits the iPad Air perfectly. It is extremely versatile. I was worried about being able to use this style of keyboard in my lap - but it works just fine. The best part about this case is how slim and lightweight it is considering all of the functionality it offers. I purchased and returned two other iPad cases before finally landing on this one. The other styles of keyboard "cases" don't offer much protection - and most of them offer zero protection if you need to remove the keyboard and use the iPad by itself. This case allows you to remove the keyboard and use the iPad as a tablet while still offering full coverage AND the added functionality of having a kickstand. The only other case I found that offered protection when the iPad was removed was incredibly bulky and heavy. This case with the iPad in it weighs less than the other case without the iPad. Very happy with the product, hopefully it holds up well. If you travel and value lightweight packability but still need full functionality - this case is for you.

This works pretty good overall. I have some complaints though. First the pros: -The case is well built and seems like it will protect my iPad Air very well. -The adjustable kickstand is nice and solid. -The keyboard connected to my iPad without any issues. -There is a cutout for my Apple Pencil Pro. -The keyboard and touchpad work pretty well in iPadOS. There is a bit of a learning curve with the trackpad and selecting text and such. It's a bit different than a Mac or PC. -The keyboard comes off fairly easy when you don't want it attached (See my cons below though) -Typing is fairly smooth. Now the cons: -Fingerprints. The Front of the case (Which is the keyboard side) is a fingerprint magnet. It looks like a toddler has been eating fries and playing my iPad. -I wish the keyboard could stay connected to the iPad while it folds back on itself. If you are careful, the edge will stay barely attached (see my photo), but most of the time, you fold it back and it comes off entirely.

Tried other brands, their track pads were glitchy, keyboard required separate pairing and charging, honestly just a pain. Should've gone with the name brand. This one just works. Draws power directly from the iPad. No pairing, trackpad works great. It does cost a little more, but it's totally worth it.

I wanted to like this case/keyboard combo. I have used several Logitech keyboards for my iPads, and they’ve been great. This is one is relatively sturdy and the keys feel great to type on. If not for one major flaw, I would think this is great. The flaw, however, is absolutely unforgivable. The touchpad cannot be disabled via software or hardware, and this leads to all sorts of issues when typing. (And that’s the whole reason you have a keyboard right? Toou expect to do a reasonable amount of typing.) Mid sentence, if your palm even so much as taps the touchpad, suddenly the iPad window will be resizing or highlighting and undoing parts of what you just wrote, or writing in another part of the screen. (In fact, I’m typing this review on this keyboard and I had to stop mid-review and fix something because I accidentally tapped the touchpad.) No software setting can fix this—not disabling Touch to Click, reducing scroll speed, whatever. The touchpad is always on and it’s just waiting to waste your time. I’d be happy to purchase another logitech keyboard but I am staying the heck away from anything with a touchpad that can’t be disabled. This thing is one of the worst user experiences I’ve had in 10 years of owning a tablet.

This product worked well. My main issue was with the quality. It feels like it’s made out of cheap plastic whereas the folio touch feels a lot more durable. I wish they would make the folio touch detachable. The connector didn’t seem super strong, so I figured it’s only a matter of time before it breaks.

The Logitech Combo Touch for the iPad Air 11-inch (M2 & M3) is a surprisingly great accessory and the perfect keyboard/trackpad combo for iPads running iPadOS 26 or higher. It essentially transforms my iPad Air M2 into a compact, travel-ready laptop. I prefer this over Apple’s first-party options for the following reasons: Color: It comes in black, whereas the Apple equivalent is only available in white. Protection: It protects the iPad even in "tablet mode" when the keyboard is detached. Reliability: It is battery-free (powered by the iPad), so there are no concerns about battery degradation or future software incompatibility. Value: It is significantly more affordable than the first-party Apple option.

I’m very happy with this keyboard case. It cost more than I planned to spend, but the quality is worth it. The keyboard works well, and the case feels solid and protective. I especially appreciate the detachable keyboard because I use my iPad on the treadmill. With the case on, I feel confident that my iPad is well protected while I run. Great buy overall.

Encaja a perfección con el Ipad air y funciona muy bien para uso rudo. Si deseas dar al Ipad un uso similar a una laptop, hay que complementar con un buen mouse y entonces la experiencia será similar. Otra recomendación es escoger bien la configuración del idioma, En mi caso lo pedí en Inglés pero , por su tamaño , si deseas escribir en otro idioma habrá qua aprender al equivalencia y las teclas de comandos y funciones.

Very happy with the purchase. Like : Fits iPad Air 11 inch snugly and protects the edges as expected. Keys and track pad are awesome..!! I am a repeat Logitech customer having brought earlier combo case for my iPad Air 3rd generation and it served me well. Good to have : Having a strap to keep Apple pencil in place would have helped.

Nice keyboard for iPad Air. It is a bit on the heavy side and the keyboard can not fold back on the iPad. Otherwise it’s a good combo. Keyboard detaches which is nice but it would have been better if you can completely fold it back on itself. Good feel for the keyboard. Nice lighting effect on keys. Seems to be robust protection too.
