My central AC unit is old and was killing my electric bill . I live in Florida and was paying 900 a month during peak summer. Because we said the heck with this and put in window units my bill has dropped to half this year. While its still high due to the rates its been a relief on the wallet! Highly recommend if you are in need of a wi doe u it. It isnt silent but it isnt horribly loud either.

It’s too hot in Texas in the summertime! Our central AC works well, but no matter what there’s always a struggle to cool the whole house in the summer. Bought one of these on prime day just to give a little help for our master bedroom to sleep nice and cold and so far been very happy with it. Our bedroom is on the second floor so access the rear I have to get a ladder which kind of sucks but so far it’s been fine. We’ll see about longevity. It’s gonna get a work out until winter fall rises if it ever does. The app is nice for the set up. Instructions are terrible. It helps to be familiar with Smart Home gadgets when pairing it to your network.

I purchased this AC last year in April 2024 I saw it I was getting a good unit first of all it came in with a dent on top second it only lasted until yesterday and it went up complete digital cutout will not come on I unplugged it let it stay unplugged for about 2 hours it did not freeze up it was 90° outside I had it on a comfortable 72 degrees in my house it didn't freeze and it was comfortable in my house had it on economical or economy whatever you want to call it but doesn't matter now no I'm a single female on disability and now I have nothing that unit did my complete apartment with a few oscillating fans and a curtain blocking off a doorway to the kitchen! But now I don't have nothing it hotter than Hades in my house what am I going to do I don't have the money for another year in it everything is going up I can't afford to get another one I don't think is fair that I should have to purchase another one after only using it last summer and part of this summer and it was cleaned this summer before it was even turned on and it was not taking out the window but it was covered up on both sides the front and the back and then I paid a professional service to come and clean that unit and they said well ma'am you did a great job covering it up because I bought cover of AC cover for it and I had my son-in-law cover it up put it around it and not only that there's an awning that's over top of where the AC is in the window so that's actually a good thing so I don't know what to do I'm at what's end here I need another AC unit and I don't know what to do but I wouldn't suggest for nobody to buy this unit if you want something to last for years don't get this unit

Very pleased. Quiet, no rattling or vibration . Cools very well. Keeps a bedroom comfortable when it's 110F out. I don't want to waste the electricity sleeping during the day on night shift.

Nice so far get plenty of cool air . To is the test to see how cool it gets to being that the weather is 95 degrees right now .

Was it easy to install? Yes. Did it cool my apartment quickly? Yes. Is it EXTREMELY LOUD even on low? YES. The fan seems to be rattling even on the low setting and the low setting is still pretty intense so it’s just super loud overall. I already trashed the box so I can’t return it but if I still had the box, I absolutely would. Midea is a complicated install and not reliable long-term but at least it’s QUIET, and when it works, it works really well.

The original air conditioner that was sent was defective. I contacted the company and a replacement was sent. I was contacted by Hector regarding my situation. Hector who was kind and listened to my concerns about additional cost associated with the replacement of the broken machine. He worked out a solution that helped me immensely. Based on my interactions with Hector, I highly recommend this company and their products.

This air conditioner blows some serious cool/cold air! It runs quietly enough and the high fan setting pushes out a lot of air with great force!
