This is a beginner protein contains skimmed milk , apart from that its has poor mixing properties , the flavours are poor and the chocolate flavour is totally bad , i would recommend not to go for this better go for other products if you are looking a protein in budget

Guys while buying the combo you will think it's a great deal and your getting a free shaker but there's a sad news for you....The shaker which I got is cracked one...I didn't realise when I opened the pack after unboxing i thought let me check how this flavour taste so I poured protein and water in the shaker... Moment of truth it got leaked from down due the crack it has...I got disappointed ☹️.....But the protein quality was good and was easy to dissolve and digest....So that's about my review towards this product I hope the team fix this problem very soon....🤞🏻
