Really solid and easy to put together
Got this today and it was really simple to put together. I'm able to have my work laptop (13" with dock"), mac mini and my keyboard and mouse on it. While I don't have a ton of extra space I have more than enough to type and move my mouse around. So far it seems really sturdy and well made. It's quite a bit heavier than I was expecting which is a good thing considering how many things I have it supporting. The only thing I could have wished for was a little more flexibility in the arms that hold the monitors. Overall really happy with it!

Good product - but beware when moving
Nice product at a good price.I am moderately handy and had no trouble with set up and adjustments. My only concern - and the reason for not giving it 5 stars - is about its weight and what it means to move it.I had been using a similar product from work (Kangaroo), needed to take it back to the office, and decided to get this (and a pair of monitors) to maintain my home office as I think I will continue to be working at home most of the week. Because my Kangaroo station was already set up, I decided to set the Halter is up on the floor first. Before putting on the monitors, I took down the Kangaroo and asked my daughter to help me move the Halter onto my table. I asked for her help because the base with the motor is HEAVY, I suppose to provide stability. The laptop platform was raised slightly and we simply lifted from either side of the platform.BIG MISTAKE. The bottom of the laptop platform is screwed onto a metal plate on the riser and these screws, actually the anchors that had been screwed into the fiber board by the factory, pulled out when we lifted up. The riser base was too heavy for the anchors to hold. (See pic)The pic shows the bottom of the laptop platform with its nice black liminate. The cutaway shows the mellamine type core, i.e., fiber board. The holes are where the anchors pulled out.I was flumoxed about what to do. THought about drilling all they through platform so I could screw the bottom plate to a top metal plate that I would craft. Instead just put poured in some wood glue and clamped and, screwed the anchors back in reassembled. I am hopeful it will be good enough. My mistake, but a big warning not to move once assembled, especially by picking up on the platform (which seems the obvious thing to do) would have been helpful.

Motorized model is worth it
I purchased the motorized model off of Amazon during the last sale. I am only 1 week in, but I love it so far. This is my first go at a stand up desk, but with a anti-fatigue mat, I find it to be more comfortable than I had expected. Assembly was pretty easy (it is heavy once assembled so keep that in mind), and the motor is very quiet and very smooth. Reading many reviews of manual stand up desks over time, this motorized model removes all of the cons people have had about stand up desks. For example, "no room for your mouse"...not only do I have room for my large-sized keyboard and mouse; I have room for my tablet; in the designated holder I have a pen, highlighter, and my cell phone; and I still have a corner for a notepad, printoffs, or book I may need to sit there. Another common con is difficulty manually raising the desks due to wieght, the motorized model softly and quietly raises it up with a simply press of a button and without any labor on my part. Highly recommend the motorized model this Halter desk over the gas-spring model, it is well worth the extra money.

Solid and functional
I purchased for my wife. This automated desk is solid, approx 60lbs. It provides space to neatly organize cables. I'm using dual 24" monitors with no problems. Easy desk setup and easy to mount and adjust monitors. The hardest part of the setup is attaching the base to the main bar since both are heavy. Depending on the type of desk you're using to sit this on you should be careful not to lean on or put excess weight on the sit/stand desk.

Other then that i like the height it goes up to and fits perfect ...
Should have usb connectors installed since it already has power. Does it need to be that heavy?Other then that i like the height it goes up to and fits perfect non my existing table.Laptop and mouse fit perfectly. I like that I can tilt and angle the screens.Easy to set up.

Great desk
I have bought a few stand up desk for our company, this being the first motorized. With it coming with the dual mounts it has a smaller footprint so It will fit into tighter spaces. It is pretty easy to put together, only thing that I would change is where the height adjustment screws are. They are behind the monitors so depending on your set up you will have to take them off. Putting them on the backside would allow for easier access in my case.

Stand up desk
The desk is very easy to use and it goes up and down very quietly and smoothly. Requires no effort. It is a great product and a good price. We have ordered 3 already.

The Tilt function does not work
It's an interesting product with good concept, but needs refinement and better quality control. Besides very sharp edges on mounting plates and base plate, two major issues:1. The electric motor works 50% of time, and is quite unpredictable.2. The Tilt function does NOT work at all. With even a light 27" IPS monitor mounted, the monitor drops and keeps downward facing. I have to fabricate something to make the monitors remain at the desired viewing positions.
